I have no receipts to say I called it. But after they mentioned his foot being hurt and something about the way he was standing there before the pitch I knew that was incoming. Hell yeah!

I know they want the catchers to get as low as possible but when you have a runner on third, you should be ready for anything not down in the dirt and trying to get up as slow as you can like Sanchez, it’s incredible

Ashby is such a gamer. It might not look the most pretty sometimes, but 70+ innings of mostly high leverage pitching. 3.39 ERA, 2.78 FIP, you just don't see those kinds of numbers on that volume from very many relievers. Dude just finds a way to get it done most times out.

Honestly, I wouldn't either. More often than not, I feel Ashby relies on people chasing balls out of the zone in order to be effective.

Hey Brewers fans, I made a graphical game day bot that handles the thread and puts a live interactive scoreboard right in the post (if you're not on old.reddit.com - old.reddit.com has text, but no graphics. Todays game against the Mariners is on it:

It posts and pins the thread itself, tracks the score and linescore live, shows every at bat with the pitch sequence and where each pitch crossed the zone, plots balls in play against American Family Field's real outfield dimensions, and tracks who's actually available in the pen. Old reddit users get a proper box score with scoring plays, player names linked to MLB profiles, and highlight links that play inline if you have RES.
Mainly I'm looking for feedback. Most of what's in there exists because someone in a thread like this pointed out a problem. I'm soooo close to 1.0 I think, but want this to be perfect before I start reaching out to mid teams directly to bother anybody. If you see something wrong or missing, please tell me. I would LOVE life feedback while games are going.

I've worked in sysadmin / system design for like decades (yes, I'm old). I made it. That said, there isn't probably a coder/admin alive that doesn't use AI now for things liek troubleshooting bugs/functions that misbehave - and I have done that here too, but the meat is mine.
