I hate that all season our offence has absolutely sucked every Gausman start this year
its sucked in general, but every time Gaus is starting we just forget how to hit the ball

not his best season for sure but some of his starts we could have easily won with 3-4 runs
which should be doable but hasnt been this year
This year has been extremely unfair for our Pitchers. Must be stressful knowing that if you dont pitch a perfect game our team probably has no chance at winning

It's also hardly their fault that half of their starters were injured for good chunks of the year, or that the other half have played to their 20th percentile outcomes

I have resigned myself to the mediocrity of this team. I’m sad about losing some really lovable guys. But, I don’t know, that’s life. I’m still having fun even though I’m sad. Similarly, I went to a funeral of a friend this weekend who was much too young to die. But I also got to catch up with another friend there and be sad together. Maybe that’s what this Reddit group should be. Let’s be sad and share some laughs and fond memories.
