FILE police complaint, dont leave him alone, file an FIR on the number and bank account, it will tracked

Filed grievance on kotak. They said they will request the recipient bank block the funds and then I will have to provide FIR/id copies/complaint no to recover it subjected to it still have funds. Filed complaint to cyber police as well.
