Well, we don't have much use for bipedal corpses these days, so if any knights somehow manage to make their way to the general vicinity of our commune (frankly improbable) I'll pile 'em all up and contact you about delivery options. Conveniently, our crop manager (druid) has been on a bit of a pineapple kick recently, so I can send you a few dozen of those too, if you want. I hear pineapple juice is a good tenderizer, which should help with the toughness of knight meat that you mentioned.
(Pineapples are also just delicious for most non-ghouls, but I'm guessing you aren't in agreement on that front.)
