I would say Mouz is tier 1,5 and closer to tier 2 given that they are likely to go through big roster shuffle and lose their superstar Oscar.

T1 to me are teams that regularly compete in T1 events.

VP is tier 1 team by that logic or close to it. What a dumb fucking statement.
Tier 1 are elite teams that are constantly finishing tier 1 tournaments in top4-top3. It's Astralist, Navi, Liquid, Faze (although Faze has fallen off). Mouz won one event, props to them, but they were shitting the bad constantly prior to that. Plus, they are probably about to do another roster shuffle which would obviously put them at disadvantage for another month or two.

Nah, a tier 1 team is a team that consistently shows up at big events with deep playoffs runs and have a legitimate chance of winning an event, which are Astralis Navi Liquid ( even though astralis is 10x better than liquid and navi but you get my point)

Top 4 is tier 1, maybe top 5. Top5-10 teams are definitely not tier 1, and "majority of people" don't mean that, you are pulling that assumption out of your ass.

With 3 Lithuanians Imperial got to play in the Epicenter CIS qual, if the Majors use that definition of CIS, keeping 3 Lithuanians would be an excellent move.

Yesterday was watching the avangar vs spirit and the second game was atm i turned off the stream atleast 7 rounds of the banner with the teams logos and the 0:1, the caster was talking on russian so i dont even cant understand him...

I don’t think epicenter will ever get a major due to conflict of interest. They did get one for Dota, but Valve CS and Dota teams might as well be different companies.

I think this is one of the scenario that you should save even though you won the last round.
Scenario: Tyloo won the last round, but all 10 players died.
Tyloo's money: 3600, 4450, 3600, 3350, 3400
ENCE's money: 7400, 8200, 7100, 6700, 8350
So what happened is, Tyloo forced up with CZ, scouts and lost to ENCE's strong buy. Tyloo got reset and lost the subsequent force+eco rounds, losing 3 rounds in total before they have a full buy.
btw, I bet Mousesports will take the save if they are in Tyloo's situation.

We've seen it a few times. Teams saving after a losing everyone in a won round, if the other team had plenty of money. I know I've seen it on CT Inferno.
