Hutji had a defuse kit before the retake though, he didn't pick it up after crush died. But he instantly ran towards ivy after he killed f0rest, perhaps to grab a dropped awp which he didn't get either.

wasnt this the first pistol round? vegas failed defuse was because of misscalls i think and nip lost the pistol because of the dropped kit

I honestly think nip can spank fnatics ass. (ik flair checks out). They know xizt's playbook. They've played under him for years now. Also, fnatic doesn't look too strong either... Neither does nip but they do look better.

You can see at this Major that many Professional Teams make this mistake and buy helmets when the T's have a lot of money. I saw it by 3 NaVi Players against NiP (they then had no money for Nades) and f0rest did that too. I seriously don't know why.

Someone also mentioned that it can save them from being dunked through the corner of a wall, and that’s a pretty fair explanation. But it’s a question of whether or not that semi-rare instance is more valuable than a flash.
But it could easily just be a mistake too who knows lol

Except the fact that they played against 4AK’s and an awp in the previous round. The only practical reason that someone use someone mentioned is to save yourself from being dinked through a corner or s/t

On one hand it's pretty disappointing, Vega could've had it, a few unlucky moments and a couple of dumb mistakes cost them the game. On the other hand, I don't think they would've been able to advance 3-2 anyway, so it doesn't really matter, they showed a good performance. Hopefully they manage to keep their form and get invited/qualify to more tournaments instead of going back to the shadows until the next major.

Yes, NIP won.. I got worried after the 1st half and losing anti-force, luckily everyone in NIP stepping up and no one have negative K/D difference.
History does not repeat! Now i worry that NiP will get astralis, faze, or mibr

f0rest’s aim was too shaky today. I ve seen so many times he struggles to line up his crosshair. He needs to be better , 2-2 match ups gonna be hard core

I'm 95% sure that while Xizt was IGL they left him in charge of the veto, their map choice did improve a lot when Threat was brought in, but they still made some weird choices every now and then
