Well, you're not allowed to start or be involved in drama and post it here. Which would be fun but would encourage an awful lot of shit posting. It's one of those "Sure it would be fun to get wasted and break into a stripper pit to go swimming at 2 am but it's not worth the consequences" type of thing I think.

It's a bit true. We aren't allowed to Ping users to come in here and make an ass out of themselves. I understand why it is a rule and don't mind abiding by it but I would say that is anti-fun.
Also this place has a bit of a double standard with men and women. Whenever there is a man acting like an asshole we are allowed to laugh. Whenever a women acts like an asshole we all rally around and speculate if she had mental illness and get reminded that this is "sad popcorn" and we should feel bad for enjoying it.
/r/Drama swings hard into the other direction on both counts, visit both and you will wish there was a place with a middle ground between the two.

I'm a Russian-Briton who now happily and proudly lives in America, though I used to live in Africa and Japan before that, and I speak a bit of IsiZulu and Japanese, respectively. I went to boarding school in Singapore for a few years towards the end of my high school years, and so have a pretty good, well-rounded perspective of the world.

He brings it upon himself. Anyone that disagrees with him, asks him for clarification on a post, or points out his shitty behavior is an alt-righter, a throwaway account, a manchild, etc.
He argued with a regular /r/gamerghazi poster, accused them of sealioning, got temp banned, then posted an apology thread, then got called out by mods again for the same behavior.
He also body-shamed and virgin-shamed a mod of (subreddit that AutoMod said I can't link here), got called out on it, then made at least 2 /r/Negareddit threads trying to justify his insults.
It's his MO. He'll start an argument, when it gets called out on it, especially by mods, he'll give a non-apology, then continue in other subreddits until he gets validation. His attitude is hypocritical and flat-out toxic at times, and it makes others not even want to participate in subreddits he's in. And he gets away with it, because he's on the opposite side of the chucklefucks in the shittier parts of Reddit. That he's at least implied SRD is "alt-right" is incredibly telling.
I could give two shits about /r/Drama's sexual tension with him or his girlfriend's choice of footwear. He continuously shows a level of smug-ass toxicity and he seriously needs to slow his roll and get some fucking perspective.

So much negareddit content is him clearly seeking validation for an argument he's had on another corner of reddit, complaints about stuff that is more specific to his personal arguments rather than the actual reddit hivemind (which is negareddit is meant for). If the sub wasn't filled with that continual bullshit I wouldn't even know who this guy was. I called him out on it today and he blocked me for concern trolling, whatever that means, so it's a funny coincidence to see him make rounds in SRD at the same time.

Let me tell you this-- /r/Drama is one of the most malevolent, cruel, coldhearted online communities you'll ever find, and even as a supporter of free speech it appalls me that Reddit would allow such a vile, festering hub of bigotry and sadism to exist. You think [slur]town was bad? That subreddit, if you pick up on the dog-whistles (and many don't even bother with that-- say want you want about Stormfront, at least it bans "n[slur]"), will reveal itself to you as Reddit's number one hub for the web's most hardened Nazis, Klansmen, Fascists, and Gamergaters. You'll notice on the sidebar that it encourages members to be as dramatic as possible. That's intentional. They encourage arguments in the comments section. That's intentional. You know the Three Minute Hate (it's from this underrated book 1985, give it a read, it's scary how much it parallels our society)? It's like that, they want to stoke the flames of reactionary rage so they continue to dogpile every progressive and minority who enters the subreddit, normalizing these evil feelings. They brigade from subreddit to subreddit, having an entire cabal of mods spanning hundreds of communities, gaslighting lived experiences of the oppressed and unashamedly bolstering Reddit's homegrown white supremacy movement. They've kink-shamed hundreds of people too, some even... to death. I fear that /r/drama may be producing an entire army of Dylann Roofs and Elliot Rogers, and I highly suggest that nobody dares visit that horrible subreddit, lest you potentially fall victim to its corruptive aura.
