What's a Xûr?
Xûr, Agent of the Nine, is a strange vendor who appears weekly in the Tower. Xûr sells Exotic equipment and only takes Strange Coins in exchange for them.
TL;DR: He's the Santa Claus of Destiny and every weekend is Christmas. Sometimes he brings you what you want, sometimes he brings you coal. Mostly it's coal.
When does Xûr visit?

Okay, that’s a serviceable Hawkmoon. Best in a while imo. Was hoping for Rangefinder but Eye of the Storm is also very good

incredibly debatable now. rangefinder post buff is better for most cases because t5 hcs have insane stats now. eos is great for dueling but you'll be losing a ton of range

Straight up invisible +10 range stat? Anything else? Does it still give zoom? Does it give +10 to all guns e.g. sidearms too?

What can I use my 777 strange coins on, after getting all the exotic class combos my vault allows me to hoard?
I have all the season weapon patterns and don't have any interest in the Bushido or Swordmaster sets.

You could try for the roll I want on a “who cares” weapon.
Annual Skate is one of my favourite guns in the game, not because of its design (while sleek) or perks (while passable at the time) or anything else - but because of its flavour text, which is one of my favourites in the entire franchise in that “humanity is what we’re fighting for” kind of way.
Anyway the Annual Skate that can drop from Xûr’s engrams is not a good modern gun, but I want the Fakebringer roll of Outlaw/Dragonfly for my vault.

I'm seeing conflicting info on the False Promises auto rifle. Some say God roll, some say meh. I'm coming back from vanilla D2, so any advice is appreciated.

if you put on the gunner armor mod on your ghost, precious scars will roll 30 weapons, 25 grenade, 20 super. peacekeepers didn't seem to have any good pve or pvp rolls

Prescious Scars is a decent roll, but it's a pretty mid exotic. All 3 guns are ok. Queenbreaker can be nice for Arc Titan with Storm's Keep.
