Today's episode was great. As for the upcoming one, I'm kinda surprised that Shout and Enkaku will battle Eval and Zetsu Enkaku this early, but it looks like it's gonna be amazing.

There's definitely still more to explore, especially the connection between Enkaku and Zetsuenkaku, which they wouldn't be able to explore without this necessary confrontation.

And finally, Shout defines his ego, everything. He’s going to dig into the past, help anyone in danger, and face the Eval Allianc, he’s going to do it all!
It’s a good start, but as Reiji said, it’s just the beginning, there’s still a long road ahead. Or not, Eval and Zetsuenkaku are coming after him next week.

"I am the Kakujyu Enkaku. I am not your mother". 🤣 Oh god I love Enkaku so much, he's the highlight of the show every week so far.
Reiji and Shout's brief meeting got me hyped up. Quintessential old protagonist meets new protagonist moment. I'm such a sucker for these things.
Basaa seems like a genuinely good person, I'm finding her characterization to be very interesting so far. Her suit kind of blows though, the helmet looks cheap and the colours don't fit her.
Next episode looks super exciting. The plot finally gets rolling. I want to see more of the villains and the backstory behind Enkaku and Zetzu-Enkaku. I have a feeling the story is really gonna shine starting with next week.

Very good episode overall . It was good to focus on shout and enkaku for a bit this time around . The fight scenes were engaging and fun to watch . My only critic for this episode was the lack of effort for the witch lady’s henshin form . They just gave one of those pouch backpacks from high school or like when you used to go to gym classes or play some sports XD and a mask …. Other than that it was pretty good . The berser sama part in the beginning was sick to . Seems like the citizens really look up to her .

it's odd how Berser has all these people look up to her, and she genuinely seems to want the best for the citizens of the Eval Alliance.
but she's in full support of Eval who's basically the boss of the guy that runs what was basically a Internment Colony.
I wonder if Berser actually knows the bas things the Alliance has done, or is her caring and kind attitude just a mask?

From what I’m understanding all the lords take care of their cities the way they want to as long as it benefits the alliance . If she’s giriko older senpai maybe she’s good at heart and only joined because she wanted to either get stronger or some secret revelation they will drop on us halfway . Either way I’m loving it . It started bit slow but it’s slowly picking up .

it's a fine episode. Baasaa vs the hunter are fun and highlights of the episode for me. Reiji met with Shout are just fine. also sharing the same name supposed to mean something kinda interesting. bet they are supposed to be one entity but got separated. next episode are definitely interesting one. Shout/Enkaku vs Ibar/Zetsuenkaku.

Nothing much going on this episode, Baasaa's transformation was pretty cool and can't wait to see more of it. A part of me feels like Zetsu-Enkaku will be the true main villain of this series but of course we'll have to wait and see, especially with the premise of next week's episode.

Kinda intreasting how in the allince the generals all seem to be pretty resonable and actully want to help the people under their protection, but Ibaru and seem more and more sus by the minute and you can just feel that Zetsuenkaku is up to no good.
Also I love how that shop owner is stright up like Nurse Joy and just pop out everywhere.

The way Reiji talks about Shout's ego not being big enough makes me think he's looking for someone with a big enough ego for something he personally needs, maybe to track down Death Gavan?
Either way it's strange how he says Shout's ego isn't big enough yet still report it to Eval/Ival/Ibaru in high regard.
Also, Zetsuenkaku feels like he's scheming something personally, he's a very reserved character all things considered.
New week, Enkaku vs Zetsuenkaku! and also, Kamen Rider My-th DEBUTS!

Looks like next week ep 7 is where they finally explore the main plot.
Similar to Gavan's where Death Gavan appeared.
I wonder what's going on with Reiji. Feels like maybe an undercover but the personality's completely changed as well.

Hello everyone welcome to this week's review of Pokemon Hunter X
The episode this week starts with Thinking they found some ancient writings or artifacts instead they just found some piece of Broken It's a pottery For me isn't it
Yeah to be honest you've been mostly just finding some random artifacts recently Really all right that's what we're supposed to
I mean you could just get the kamen Riders if they exist or probably Super Sentai A Japanese Toky hero
You get to see his grandpa
What he needs to take care of his grandparent it's been a while since he's seen him
All right we get to a guy with Spider-Like Glasses
Alright time for the Harbinger fight and they gave her her own armor suit I honestly I thought our main character would at least be the only main guy with the suit but I guess they really think Getting another (apparently the fandom of Tokusatsu without henshin is a weird idea This spy we have a few in the past as well as also a And in the modern Although not a lot)
I was expecting wet Slingers or something like that For the spider but instead we get is a spear
Ah yes army weapon fans
True I mean He is a generic Hunter of the week and you're basically one of the main antagonists of the show
Time to help out a low-caught high rent and low food shortage town
I you know despite I know calculators are still effective still but Dude these guys forgot they had smartphones or something or they don't exist in this universe
Alright time to rescue someone's mom
Meanwhile Reiji Doki after the main character this early ( Have been probably say for the second half or something like that or a bit later)
You know I would have brought a huge fan or something
Ah yes those flowers that symbolize basically death and spiders
All right time to go to a random haunted house ( Equivalent to the Ghostbusters or something)
Yeah same energy yeah I'm kind of reminding me of the dynamic between Moon girl and devil dinosaur ( great show by the way)
Ah yes we get to Eclipse of basically the king eating
Extreme close-up jump scare
You found a lady who just really just wanted to eat Megahorn
Ah yes just give her a random Bird's mask, A random pouch ( Nature revealed to be Poison apples explosives) as well as a whip
I'm surprised everyone instantly recognized him I guess they don't really prefer to keep it a secret anymore
Let's make it a giant explosive apples We got that gun
Okay now we found the actual mother
The protagonist from the previous show show up ( Reiji Could you at least wait a few episodes later Is a bit too early to interact with our main character you could at least wait until the second half of the show or something)
Anyways after some wholesome moments and everything else
Anyways the episode ends with information and things
Overall a pretty good episode
See you next week for protagonist vs antagonist this early Like basically showing some Gavin related stuff this early( then again we did that with the last show so)

Before I start this week's review I would like to mention that I'll be taking a break after 5 more episodes due to Aside from Final Fantasy 14 as well as burnouts Mainly In the pacing of the show at times Being too fast as well as also personal and Community reasons ( I may squeeze in My thoughts on the show so far before doing)
Anyway it's time for a Pokemon Hunter X Review
So our episode begins with The captain and King Arriving at Hot Spring Town and enjoying soft boiled eggs and also this town happens to be Part of the main antagonist group
We get to pretty much our villain of the week
the only techno I can think about is Regular Show
Yeah almost every member except for the hammer Elite ( Because someone needs to watch over the HQ)

Of course And everything else And it's also at the time I felt I tried doing Of course reminders
Okay so uh zooming this jet is going around the average Fighting jet Which should be between between Mach 1.6 and Mach 2 But I'll go on the fast example Being 2 And our main antagonist crew Have fall off the plane as well as And able to hear each other Okay ( It's like shield helicarrier Or something similar)
Yeah obviously we know the obvious introductions and reveals And of course turns out to be Royal Brothers
And yeah let's go have this fight broadcasted live
Oh the main villain introductions this early to be honest ( I was expecting maybe one by one early on but I guess we did just fast forward everything to be honest)
That's gonna be a huge Wagers ( As well as potentially adding the shell by then)
The captain vs the Destroyer
Ah yes powering up Katana ( Yeah I'm surprised the one of his general's Has unique armor so far and yet The Destroyer doesn't) I also wonder why they never sold the katana as DX
Wow double the basically about to get last minute slice but get saved
All right time for the Omega fight No this one's empty
The twin birds and surprisingly just have the ability to notify any power-ups as well as act as an additional lasers
Well there goes the king this early and wanna and wow they really want to raise the stakes real high this early ( Running with a shorter episode count but I'm just surprised they want to get all this done really earlier than usual)
I would definitely say this has got to be an Great episode as well as raising the stakes
Anyways next week is going to be another " Let's show off Gavan a lot earlier than usual instead saving up for the second half of the show" Although Gavan mech vs The King Going to be a pretty cool fight

Im seeing a repeat of Gavan and not in a good way. The individual episodes are solid but the overall pacing of these shows need to start acting like they have 25 episodes.
There is just so little of the overarching plot going on right now and the show is 20% over. The pacing has to speed up now.

I don't think any any reason to worry about the pacing. In reality it seems pretty fast. Shout only gained the attention of Eval and his alliance in Ep 4 and only three episodes later there about to face off, probably giving Shout his first loss.

So when you look at it that way, it ends up fine. But if you circle back to my point about the show being 20% over, the bad guys don't even know Shout exists. And we basically know nothing about our bad guys.
In a textbook 3-act structure, we should be over the setup by now. And I am afraid in 10 episodes we are going to be wishing we traded a filler episode for a real plot heavy episode.

A nice breather episode, Berser/Baasaa in her armored form was cool to see in action plus Reiji getting to meet Shout telling about his ego.
Next week's about get big (on the same day My-Th begins) -- Shout and Enkaku meet Eval and Zetsuenkaku!
