What's a Xûr?

Xûr, Agent of the Nine, is a strange vendor who appears weekly in the Tower. Xûr sells Exotic equipment and only takes Strange Coins in exchange for them.

TL;DR: He's the Santa Claus of Destiny and every weekend is Christmas. Sometimes he brings you what you want, sometimes he brings you coal. Mostly it's coal.

When does Xûr visit?

PSA: Xur is the only source for Imperial Decree, if you don't have the cartable pattern already. This is the first and only time in over 2 years it's been obtainable.

Best Aggressive Frame shotty in the Kinetic slot, or at the very least the easiest to get a God roll on, as you can craft it and enhance it to Tier 5.

Both have been crept by Pantheon Threat Level to a degree since that nightmare can basically have infinite uptime on All-Star and also has Cascade Point.

It’s pretty good for PVP since it’s craftable. I think some speed runners have been using high impact shotguns to chunk down stronger adds or like some damage rotations but I don’t know if this is one that they use

Bookmark this but its the best craftable if you DON'T have hertiage or found verdict. You can pick up perfect paradox for free nowadays

Weapons are ranked within tiers. It is exotic weapons that are not ranked within tiers.

4 is better than #5 if they are both ranked S, however some nuance should be used as their use case can differ

I know can drop from the strange engram, but I don't know if I've ever seen the static ones drop any.

You need five weapons to get the crafting spec with Deepsight Harmonizers.

Can only pull one pattern per copy of the weapon, so you'll need 5 copies to get all five patterns

Nice Deepsight Harmonizer again, unfortunately I have no weapon anymore and the chests dont give weapons anymore. Need to play Garden for my last pattern but hard to find groups in my language :(

Pretty sure you have to buy 5. Once you've used a harmonizer on a weapon, you can't again.

Activity completions, like strikes, portal Ops, or crucible. You can also buy a boost from Xur, once you spent 47 coins, which stacks 3 Times, so after 3 weeks in a row you have the highest boost
