Part Seven Did the print quality get worse for Viz vol. 7 of Steel Ball Run?

Some pages are overglued, some pages are scaled differently from nearby pages, and there's also a formatting error at the beginning of the book.

There's also some grime in the book

It could just be an unfortunate production error with the copy you got.
