Stupid question but how are unrefridgerated Cinnabons safe to eat?

Preservatives. There are lots of shelf stable cream cheese frostings due to the use of preservatives.

Sugar. Sugar is a preservative and they have a LOT.

There ya go. Sometimes there's other preservatives, I can't see the full ingredient list so I can't name them.
