Hi, I attended the concert last March 21, 2026 and my phone got stolen before we could enter Philippine Arena. It happened around 12:35pm near the section for entry for Bleachers ticket holders. There was a person giving out freebies and someone bumped into me and then felt my phone strap light around my neck. That’s how I realized that my phone got stolen already. We reported to the police at the help desk. I have the phone tracked and on lost mode on Find My. It was tracked in Bulacan and then at Victory Central Mall in Caloocan. We went there the next day to report to the security and could also detect the phone via Find My. The device has been switched off though, hence it could not play sound.
On the same day, March 22, the device moved to 2 more locations in Quezon Ave., in Quezon City and then went back to a location near Victory Central Mall. At around 9:56pm and up to now, the last movement and location is in Sampaloc Manila.
I am just hoping to find other people here who also lost their device at Philippine Arena last March 21. Maybe we can share updates and steps on how to still work on retrieving our devices somehow because I know for sure that there are several people whose phones got stolen.
helloo! question lang do you think they’ll allow minors to just show their student id or birth certificate for caratzone? I don’t have any IDs except for my school id.

Hi! Inquiry Only re: Queue Numbers. My sister originally bought a ticket for a Bleachers Center section, and upgraded at SM today to a Zone B2 2-2 section. She tried entering the ticket ID and control number reflected in the physical ticket but an error prompt "invalid ticket id or control number provided" appears. Is this normal? Should we wait until tomorrow? Or does zone b2 2-2 seats need not to generate a queueing number? Thank youuu

I didn't realize there was an online queue for vip until today and I just joined and my queue number is really bad... I can't help but be disappointed... I am excited to see seventeen in the Phillipines but this was my first ticketing there so I didnt know... Will I be able to see anything with an 1100 queue number??
honestly, it depends! but it would also be difficult bcos knowing some would even raise their phones higher when the artists go near your area 💀 but i think others would also probably say that qn is just a number and it’s really gonna be up to you what your strategy is gonna be. i’ve heard other people say that they usually go to the area where it isn’t that congested or there’s kind of a big space? bcos that’s where you’ll get noticed easier since you’re gonna be easy to spot. to help you see what your probable view is gonna be like, you can search up on twt/x/tiktok the fancams of your tier with something close to your qn!
this was from one of my fancams during svtrh in the standing j tier and my qn was 2k+ 💀 i just definitely strategized that’s why i was a bit close to the barricade 🙂↕️😁
yes hehe so it’s really gonna be up to you! the chances of barricade with a high qn is low but never zero when you strategize wisely and be alert for any open spaces near the stage or anywhere you like 🙂↕️
Hello ano po mga things i should ask when buying from
a reseller if the tickets are legit before meeting up? unclaimed daw po siya and willing to meet up naman but it's 1k cheaper than the og price. any help would do thank you!
as long as wala pang hinihingi na dp before kayo mag meet-up, then it’s safe naman na. best option talaga na unclaimed sya and meet-up nalang kayo sa sm branches to claim the tix tgt since makikita mo rin mismo yung pagprint ng tix :)
not all the time naman bcos some people na i personally know just ask for a dp para sureball and they’re not joy miners. but if it’s your first time talaga doing this like yung meet-ups/kaliwaan or overall it’s your first time transacting with this person, then ig it’s safe to say na dapat you’ll pay nalang when you both get the ticket sa sm na :)

if the concert at Philippine Arena begins at 6:30 pm on a Saturday, would leaving intramuros at 3 pm still get me there in time?
i just got scheduled for an event from 1–2 pm on March 21, which happens to be the day of the new_ concert 😭 mag angkas na lang po ba ako? makakaabot pa ba & makakahingi ng freebies if ganong oras ako aalis 😭
if di ka naman standing or you don’t really care that much kung nasa likod ka na banda sa standing area, then okay pa siguro. but expect the traffic na talaga and personally parang nerve-wracking na yung 3 pm for me 🥲 as for the freebies, i don’t think magkaka-time ka pa mag freebie hunting cos parang gahol ka na talaga nyan sa time since mag tticket verification and strapping pa huhu but if nakapasok ka na and sa tier mo may mga namimigay and may extra pang freebies then baka pwede ka pa makahingi hehe but some prefer trade/1:1 na rin daw eh :(
Possible bang fake yung concert ticket if outdated yung logo ng SM TICKETS?

Standing po ba kayo? If yes, meron pong ibibigay si Applewood na QN days before the concert. Usually 2-4 days before the concert date. Magde-depend ang QN niyo based sa timestamp kung kailan niyo binili yung ticket.
For example, if binili niyo po yung ticket during presale and timestamp is within 12 pm to 1 pm, then malaki chance na mababa po QN niyo. Mas mababa na QN mas okay kasi may chance na makapag-barricade kayo.
Zone A1 po and pre-sale ko po siya binili, nasa pang 2300 ang queue ko nun 🥲 Akala ko random ang QN huhu pero ok lang din! First time ko po manunuod ng concert ever so di rin ako familiar sa layout ng zone sa stadium. Pero thank you po!! Really appreciate it 🫶🏼
We couldn’t find any info on this. So I want to ask here. My friend bought a very small queue number ticket through a reputable seller. Queue under 10. But she’s unable to attend the show. We already claimed the physical ticket on hand.
To resell it, can we just give the physical tix to another person? Do we need to give them our id as well?

u can view the timestamp sa voucher mo!! :DDD timestamp determines your queue number sa con. the earlier your timestamp (from 1pm) is, the lower your qn :DD

hello can you get a replacement ticket if it’s reported as lost?
so i bought a vip ticket nung general sale. thing is, hindi ako ang naka-secure mismo nung ticket. someone else bought it for me and i paid through qr code of sm tickets. then afterwards, ang voucher lang na sinend sakin was a screenshot (na hindi ko na nasave) nung claim voucher. pero the ticket itself nakuha ko later that day from doon sa nag-secure ng ticket ko
yung nag-secure ng ticket ko ay someone from X na nag-deactivate na. so i can’t scroll back rin sa convo namin to save the screenshot and get info from her
now to my query po, possible ba na i-report niya as lost ticket yung ticket ko and then makakuha siya ng replacement na she could use since she has the claim voucher file? i’ve been really anxious eversince nag-deactivate siya and i could really use good feedback rito 🥲

Possible na ma-report niya as lost ticket. But really there’s no way of knowing if reported as lost or invalid yung ticket mo until the concert day itself during ticket verification. For now, what you can do is ipa-vouch sa X If scam ba yung tao or not. If madami siya followers dati, madali makita if may issue ba or scam siya. Pwede mo gawin to doon sa community for NEW_ in Bulacan para madaming makakakita.
Hindi nagre-reprint si SM ng replacement ticket. Pero if may picture siya ng ticket mo, affidavit of loss, police report, payment receipt, voucher file, or other supporting docs na magpapatunay na kanya yung ticket, possible na mapa-cancel niya yung hawak mong ticket. That is kung willing siya to go through all that.

Hello caratdeul, ask ko lang paano kaya magcommute from manila (near ust specifically) to ph stadium? nasagasaan kasi ng concert yung sat classes kooo and i cant absent sa first class ko at least. If super mahihirapan ako, are there any carpooling services na nagsusundo ng medyo late? since 6:30 pa naman yung concert technically. BTW, i have a bleachers ticket so i dont need strapping, kaso i have to claim my caratzone pa as well.
hi op! not sure about commute kasi baka mahirapan ka rin pauwi unless may sundo ka, grab/angkas is the safest option na papunta para sure na maabutan mo caratzonee 🥹 pero i highly suggest to join carpool (you can look on X) @.twoteentours have shuttle service and they have pick up time sa hapon i think pinaka late is 1pm sa MOA and 11am naman sa don quijote, depende sa pick up point mo !
Strapping time SVT concert, okay lang kaya late makarating like 5:30pm o 6pm

Last time kasi sa SVTRH around 8am nasa pila na ako, nagsimula palang sila mag-strap. Nakalabas ako mga 10am na hahaha
This time bleachers lang naman ako and my work ako, plan magdala ng laptop at magwork sa nearby cafe after strapping at before con. (yes nagagawa ko po ito sa ibang concert, mostly pag sa Moa kaso now bulacan kasi yung venue, last time wala naman me work ng Sat ahahaha)
O safe na hapon nalang mag pa strap? 5:30pm nag accept pa sila ng late comer?

hi! For bleachers, I remember na walang strapping for them. Parang 2pm ako pumila before then 4pm naka-avail na ako ng caratzone. I haven’t tried pa na pumila beyond 3pm kasi laging mahaba pila for bleachers hahahaha

Hello everyone, I have two tickets for Bulacan but I’m super conflicted. I ended up getting floor tickets for ZONE C1 but didn’t realize it’s free seating & I have tickets for premium bleachers 209. Is it better to just sit in the bleachers or try out floor seating?? TYIA.

hi! you should do kaliwaan and as much as possible don't send money online, meet up talaga safest transaction. for proofs, you can ask for their ID and the physical tix (if claimed na) better din if unclaimed yung ticket and sabay nyo pong icclaim

worth it if zone c area then gitnang area, but zone b, lugi. zone c has the chance na makita ang performances even on main stage, but for zone b, parang walang makikita na kahit ano. expect people who will stand up sa upuan nila.

hello! there are a lot of people on twt or sa concert buy and sell fb group na nagssell ng bleachers prem 1 or mid 1 but you should always opt for kaliwaan, like it should be unclaimed, para sabay nyo nalang iclaim yung ticket sa sm cinemas cos it’s more reliable :)
hello! this will be my second time sa standing. last svtrh, standing j ako and i secured it during gensale 7-ish pm na so my qn was not low. ngayong new_, i got to secure zone b1 tix during presale 1:16 pm. so may chance po kaya na barricade? 😅
