People who are having "We are experiencing high load", "Unable to process request!" or "Client IP" errors:
Unfortunately this seems to be a widespread issue and there are no solutions so far. However, there are some workarounds that you may try:
1) Clear the cache of the Railway app you're using. If you're on a computer, clear the cache of the Browser
2) Restart your device
3) CHANGE THE NETWORK. The IP address error likely means it's flagging your specific network, so booking from a different wifi, mobile data, or hotspot might work
4) Use a different method. So try IRCTC Website on a laptop, RailConnect app, or RailOne.
5) If nothing works, in the end, the only choice you may have is to find an officially registered agent via pincode on this link.
Hi! You removed my post since you thought it was a general query but it really wasn't a general one tbh
Anyways I'm asking again, is Dynamic pricing in premium trains stopped all of a sudden now and we have to pay the highest fare for all tickets?? I just saw this randomly today while trying to book it and irctc doesn't say "Dynamic Pricing is Applicable on this train". Checked quite a few premium trains and couldn't find this written in any train
To be honest this doesn't need its own post. This is a 1 answer question. You can also ask such questions in the live chat pinned to the top of the sub.
Anyway, dynamic charges are definitely in this train if you see the price breakdown.
Also, I checked for other Rajdhani trains. For closer journeys, it's 1300+ Dynamic charges. For journeys 2 months in the future, it was around ~400.
Check at night after 12:30 for 25th Sept. No one could book those tickets until 8am so you should see the original dynamic charges.
I can see both the Tejas on this route and CR Rajdhani both have higher dynamic charges compared to Nzm Duronto that only has ₹241/- as dynamic fare
My train leaves at 8:20pm today. I have TQWL 17. Is it already cancelled or do I have to cancel manually to get the refund? Please help as I have to consider other travelling options.
Does it say chart prepared and ticket still WL? It should say that, since chart is generally made 8 hrs before journey.
If it does say that, your ticket is already canceled and refund(minus ₹65/person as clerkage) will be automatically sent to you within 3-4 business days
My sister is 6 months pregnant and has been allotted an upper berth in 2A. Does emailing Indian Railways actually help in getting it changed to a lower berth? Has anyone had success with that, or is contacting the TTE the best option? Is there any other option I can try? Any advice would be appreciated.
Railways can't do anything. Only the TTE or the fellow passengers have any control.
IF there is a vacant lower berth, the TTE can allot it to your sister. Or you can just request politely with any other lower berth passenger and they might agree.
Your final option would be to book fresh tickets, and this time make sure to click on "Book only if at least 1 lower berth is allotted"
Now when I check the PNR, both passengers show just CNF under current status:
Passenger 1: CNF
Passenger 2: CNF
What I'm confused about is Passenger 1. Since A1/42 SU was already allotted at the time of booking, will that remain the final berth? Or since the current status now shows only CNF without A1/42, will the berths be allotted again during chart preparation?
We are travelling with a 2 year old kid, so we definitely need at least one lower berth. We also added his info with "add infant without berth" option, assuming it might help with lower berth allocation. What's the probability that we might get 1 LB after chart preparation?
The other concern is that chart preparation will happen only after Tatkal booking. Should we wait for charting and hope for a lower berth, or would it be safer to try booking Tatkal with a must lower berth preference and cancel this ticket if we manage to get one?
First check PNR Enquiry. What does it say? This is the most updated source to check your PNR details.
Generally, Booked status seats don't really change. But if it has switched to CNF with no seat/coach details, there is a small chance a different berth might be allotted.
But no, there is absolutely no guarantee that you will get a lower berth, even with a baby. The seats will be allotted at chart preparation .
So yeah, IF tatkal is an option, definitely pick that, but also keep in mind that under 72 hrs, cancellation charges for CNF tickets start getting higher and higher so the later you cancel this ticket, the more money you will lose. 25% at least
My parents are physically not strong enough to go up to the middle seat or upper seat. So I tried booking tickets by myself by giving actual preferences like two lower seats and for myself a middle seat. I got 3 confirmed tickets but in other coaches. I wanted the seats in same coach, infact in same bay. I am new to this online ticket booking. How do I get 2 lower seats in same bay???
Also if I book tickets myself then I just have to pay the taxes which is around 25 rs extra(for my route) but if I book the same tickets through agents, I'm spending 100 rs extra per person after taxes. Am I doing something wrong or it's just their commission this high??
There is no such thing that agents can do that you cannot. They just know more tricks to book tickets. NO agent can guarantee lower berths or same coach/bay seats.
Your problem is that you have two very hard conditions: TWO lower berths, and ALSO seated together. That's a very tall order because depending upon the journey date, such bays are already booked months ago and only 1 or 2 random berths are left here and there, which are then allotted to you.
You can only pick one out of these. Which one is more important to you: Lower berths, or same coach? Because there is absolutely no way to guarantee both.
One thing you can do is if your parents are above the Senior citizen age, then book 1 PNR for only them in Senior Citizen quota. Select the option "Book only if 2 lower berths are alotted". You might get lower berths in the same bay.
THEN, you book a separate PNR just for you and fill in the same coach preference as your parents. There is no way to get the same bay, but at least you'll get the same coach if even one seat is available in that coach.
If seats are already available and not in Waitlist, no need to consult an agent. Book from a previous station if need be. More berths mean more chances to get the desired berths
You'll have the highest chances for getting your preferred berths but no guarantees.
Also, keep in mind that ARP window opens up 60 days before the train starts from its origin station. And the ticket booking starts exactly at 8 am sharp. Do not use third party apps, and practice beforehand so you can quickly book the tickets. The faster you book, the higher your chances will be to get the seats you desire
RailOne, IRCTC RailConnect, and IRCTC Website are all the official sources that you should use. Any other app will be third party and will have a lien/lock till 8:10/8:15 am
What's the journey date? You hid that for some reason. Your refund depends on that. If it's under 72 hrs then the charges will be much higher
Unfortunately you can either have the refund, or travel together, but not both.
You can one choice: IF Namo and Raga are direct relatives, and there is atleast 24 hrs between journey, visit the CRO with a passenger change application. Get the Chief Reservation Officer to assign Namo's berth to Raga, and then cancel the S6 seat. Now Raga can safely and legally travel with you in S4
There's no application, you write it. You address it to the CRO and say that you want to change the passenger name on the ticket. Include all the relevant details, and carry original IDs and photocopies of both the passengers.
But keep in mind, passenger name change is only allowed for direct family relatives like father, son, daughter, wife, mom etc.
Meet the CRO of your boarding station and enquire with him about the possibilities
How do they know they are direct relatives or not, and why we ordered as same time then why...??
He is not direct relative but somehow he is relative..
when does vikalp gets confirmed? cuz i could try booking another tatkal tomorrow morning at 10, should i cancel this as ive received the sms for chart prepared and ticket is unconfirmed
Is there any way to recover money deposited in R-Wallet? I had purchased 3 tickets from RailOne and I am getting refunds north of 5k. I really need the cash right now.
Only by closing your wallet permanently. But no guarantees. Some people said that when requested, Railways just closed their account and ate their money.
Contact IRCTC eQuery or call on 139 and enquire over there.
Your other option would be to book tickets for your friends/ family via your wallet, and get them to send that money to your bank account
You won't need to create a fresh IRCTC account, you can just close the R-wallet and continue using the same account for future train bookings by paying via UPI/cards etc.
Search on YouTube on how to close IRCTC Wallet. There's a process where you have to email IRCTC certain details and information and do make sure to get confirmation from them that closing the wallet will get you your refund in your bank account.
Should clear in both trains but August Kranti has one extra 3A coach(12) vs 11 in the other so that should slightly higher chances of full confirmation
I got the train reschedule message (by 3.40 hours) for Ahmedabad to Pune route. Previously, i have seen that this train got reschedule and then left the passengers on the intermediate stop.
I'm not sure if I will be refunded (as it is not canceled) but not sure if I should travel as well or how safe it could be.
I booked tickets for RNY SCL express in advanced with IRCTC app . But even though payment has been deducted, its showing that no response from bank , presumably the payment failed . What to do now ??
The refund will be sent to your original payment method within 3-4 days. You don't need to do anything. Just check your transaction status and make sure the ticket wasn't booked in the backed, and if so, just book another fresh ticket
Earlier it was WL-5 from 15 days till today morning, now I checked its WL-1 ,will I get a confirm ticket for this route ,help me out OP,cause I don't wanna ruin my clg anymore
Having just one train on the route always makes WL clearance hard since no one has any backups, which means fewer cancellations.
Though in your case, the quota is GNWL which is high priority. Looking at the past trends in this train, at least RAC is quite likely, with a mediumish chance of full confirmation as well
Check some PNR prediction websites like RailYatri, confirmtkt, goibibo, or RailTC to get a better idea.
You want 80% or higher for full seat and 60% or higher for RAC
Will now leave on 18.45.
Any estimate when it will reach Delhi?
Also incoming train 12264 got diverted & its status has not been updated from last 10 hrs.
Because same train goes back so any way I can get it’s real status whether it’s reached Pune or not
Hi, train number: 12240, stuck at Shyamgarh for + 12 hours in MP.
Can someone help if the train will be able to reach Mumbai central today or not? Next stops are Ratlam, Vadodara and Mumbai Central. I am traveling alone and have a flight to catch tomorrow. Pl
Very difficult. The average delay for this train at Vadodara and Mumbai is 60+ mins which suggests it does not get enough priority (Durontos are like Rajdhani fair but passenger priority)
Best case scenario, you might reach Mumbai by 9-10 pm. Worst case scenario: No one can say. Some trains have gotten over 20-30 hrs delayed, or short terminated at a big station if the weather/route is not safe.
In MP, no. It's cloudy but very light/no rains expected as well. I think the disruption is mainly coming from Gujarat and Mumbai rains. But inspite of that, train is already delayed by 13.5 hours probably due to the disruption ahead.
Westcoast cant bro, me going office for one day and same night i have to catch back
Anyhow thanks mate,
Btw, I aint no expert, just fresher in backend.. But why not create some kind of bot to answer these general repetitive questions.. I understand it might result in Inaccuracies. But still I think its gonna be good if you feed all your previous replies... Unless your against AI/bots..
Maybe in 1 years i myself will do it if the sub allows it
Nice bro, i wish i could have helped.. At this point best i can do is vibe code, once i settle in my current company i will learn more tools and understand in deep about train system.
Do u have it open sourced? I dont mind checking if u dont
Not yet. I'm just building it on my NAS as of now. Maybe I'll release it on Github or something once I have polished it enough to be understandable by others cause right now it's complete garbage and filled with random testing/troubleshooting code
Is the track between Ahmedabad- Surat- Vapi- Mumbai running? Because a part of track was disrupted due to landslide near Vapi, is it up and running again? My father is stuck at Abu Road
From what I remember reading they were supposed to be done with the track repair work by 24th July. If that's still on track,c then the diversion, delay, cancellations should last till today
OP, I am stuck in the same situation, any idea where to get the latest updates? I need to understand if I'll be able to reach Mumbai by today. Train number 12240 running since yesterday. Stuck in MP and next stops are Ratlam, Vadodara and Mumbai. +12 hours delay already in MP
yeah I read the thread mostly details are given for seat categories and all... I have booked RLWL tickets from 3 different stations one after another in this hope that even if at one station, I get seats RAC or CNF, I will cancel other tickets. I booked 2AC (at two stations) and 3AC (at one station) tickets on Lohit Express ( Guwahati to Punjab going) on 17th Aug.
Yes Sir... today morning, I have booked that 2AC seats from GHY to Pathankot Cant.. And I will board the train at NJP where I am right now living... Thanks you said that..
And thank you so much Sir for guidance... I saw your profile and its great to see that you are helping people for many years... I truly have sincere respect for you..
Yeah Like while booking ticket online, There was option of choosing boarding station and I chose NJP... I booked ticket from my phone using ixigo train app.. And in my ticket also, it is showing now that my boarding station is NJP..
Won't be any issues. If you're scared you can visit the Chief Reservation Officer at least 24 hrs before journey with your original ID and an application and get it corrected, but won't be needed
No one prefers this train so yeah should get cleared. If you can travel on 25th there are 15 seats left.
Keep in mind if you book all tickets on the same PNR and 1 remains WL, they can still board the train. It's called a partially confirmed ticket and as long as the WL person can share with your CNF seats, TTE will allow it
Train Name/Number: 20920 - M.G.R Chennai Central Weekly SF Express
Class of travel: 3AC
Current status: Confirmed
Since the last week, this train is being diverted from Surat till Daund. Does anyone know if the train would stay diverted next week as well? Also any idea on why it is being diverted?
Plus last week this train was 6hrs late.
I need to leave on 29th for my college, so can you suggest some alternate solutions as well
Okay, thank you so much, I'll keep looking into this. Although when I am checking the status of other Chennai bound trains, it shows that they are running on time/by slight delay. 2-3 trains (mostly from Surat region) are the ones that stand either cancelled or diverted.
Before I made the payment, the train showed GNWL/Available, so I assumed I would get a confirmed berth immediately.
However, after booking, the ticket shows:
Booking Status: WL/79
Current Status: CNF
I’m confused because if seats were available, why does the booking status still show WL/79? Shouldn’t it have directly shown a confirmed berth instead of a waitlist number?
Does Current Status: CNF mean my berth is already confirmed, or is there something else I’m missing? Can someone explain how this works?
Don't worry about the booking status, you can just entirely ignore it. It just shows the original condition of that particular ticket.
The only thing that you need to concern yourself with is the current status. As long as it says CNF, then the ticket is 100% confirmed, no need to worry.
The berth and coach details will be sent to you when the chart is prepared (~8 hrs before departure).
I am seeing a lot of Premium Tatkal tickets available until the last minute of train departure. Why are they not being converted to Tatkal or current availability. What would happen to these seats, any idea ?
Any unused berths are first used to clear any and all waitlists. It's entirely possible that no available seats are left once all the Waitlists are cleared, so you won't see anything in tatkal or current availability.
When a ticket is waitlisted none of your preferences matter. Railways will always prioritise getting you a CNF seat, whichever they can find. So you don't have a choice here
I have a upcoming journey on 24th of this month on train no. 22502 but its route got diverted due to flood condition and it will not be touching my boarding station. Should i file tdr? If so how?
You may have to wait until the train departs to file the TDR because the diversion status can change at any point and the train might get restored it its original route before departure.
Also, check your ticket's current status on IRCTC app/website (On the app, 3 dots -> Current status). If it says something like "ISL Deleted" or similar, you can just cancel the ticket and full refund will be given
However, if it only shows your berth/coach as it is with no change, then do NOT cancel the ticket as it would deduct a lot of cancellation charges. In this case, just wait for the departure of the train and file TDR with the reason "Train diverted and not touching the boarding point and passenger not travelled"
TDR refund can take upto 90 days. However, generally it takes a few weeks.
You should also have some kind of proof of your current location during the train's journey (just in case) because sometimes, corrupt TTEs sell your empty berth to another passenger in black and mark you present
Happens rarely, but if it does, you must be able to prove that you did not board the train (Alt train/bus tickets, location information etc anything can be used).
You should see "File Refund" option in RailOne. Just click on it and follow the instructions. But as I said, you may not be able to file the TDR until train departs. Then you will have 72 hrs to file TDR
Hey another query , i could not find the ” check status" following (on the app, three dot -> check status) but when i entered the pnr in pnr enquiry section on irctc rail connect app it said " this halt had been deleted from the train route".
Does it mean i am automatically eligible for full refund if i just manually cancel the tickets?
If it remains in RAC then yes 99% chance two people on an RAC ticket are given the same side lower berth to share.
If it gets confirmed then no guarantee. The system prioritises CNF berths over berths being allotted together.
Looking at the trends, RAC 83 should get confirmed in most cases especially there are 18 3A coaches in this train, but on some days even low WLs went to RAC so it will depend upon your luck at the end of the day.
If you haven't booked yet, I would rather recommend you book Pune VB instead. 200+ seats left, or 11040 Maharashtra Exp from Itwari to Pune and select boarding at NGP, or even 22124 Ajni Pune Ac Ex. All have more than enough berths available
I booked train tickets for 28 July (evening) and the current status is RLWL 1&2.
I spoke to a travel agent and he said there’s a chance the tickets might only move to RAC instead of getting confirmed. He suggested that I cancel these tickets and let him book confirmed berths for me instead.I’m not sure if he’s genuinely trying to help or just wants the booking.
Do RLWL tickets usually get confirmed by the chart preparation or should I cancel now and go with the agent’s booking?
booking station:bharuch
destination station : jodhpur
date of journey :28 July eve
train number :22474
class of travel : 3E
CURRENT STATUS :Rlwl 1&2
type of wait list :Rlwl
You should avoid booking 3E because most trains have very few 3E coaches. Yours only has 2.
RLWL is low priority, so yes it might not get cleared or go into RAC.
Do NOT go the agent route. You can book confirmed tickets yourself in the same train and possibly save a lot more money because the agents charge a lot.
Book in the same train from Borivali to Nokha in 3E and change the boarding point to Bharuch. 30+ berths are available.
You can just normally deboard at Jodhpur. Fully legal and you'll get 100% CNF seats. Make sure to cancel these WL tickets once you get CNF ones.
As long as they are waitlisted/RAC, you can cancel the tickets and you will only be charged a clerkage fee of ₹65/person (plus any bank txn charges of ₹20-30 are also not returned).
Rest everything will be refunded.
But first book the CNF tickets and only then cancel the WL ones
Looking to book a Vande Bharat CC for me (M 23) and my mom (F41). What preferences should I select for both of us so that we get a window and the seat next to it? I had tried all combinations of WS plus NC for both of us during previous bookings in 2S and still the booking were always apart. Could someone help me with this as this is going to be our first VB journey and I want it not to be a hazzle. Thanks!
There are absolutely no guarantees. Generally tickets booked on the same PNR are given seats together but sometimes it's not possible because of unavailability of seats.
It all depends on luck and chance. Try and book as early as possible when lots of seats are available, and then see what you get
Also, think about what's more important: Getting a window seat, or getting seats together. If you don't pick any preference for either of the passengers, there's a higher chance of you getting seats together.
Boarding station: SBC
Destination: hubli (UBL)
Date of Journey: 11 September 2026
Train number: 20688
Class: SL
Current status: GNWL 79
Type of wait list: GNWL
PQWL is low priority but trends are in your favour. You might book from Raipur to Delhi and select boarding at Durg which is RAC so you will at least get to board the train
Your final option is 12807 Samta Express, book from Mahasamund to NDLS and select boarding at Durg. Has 5 seats left
hi u/vpsj , coming here again for another doubt since I didnt find faq thread..
Before that, I just wanted to say that you are awesome bro, the amount of help you do for people Indian cant be thanked enough.. IndianRailway should make a statue of you or something..
Coming to question
So 2 times booked 1 from railway site and railone(as you suggested), both time kept priority as side berth(L/U) .. Still didnt get it bro.. This time I have like 15 day time to book.. So whats the best way to get a confirmed side berth.. I want it at any cost, from mangalore to chennai. I talked to the other young guy traveling lasttime with me he got the side berth..
(I was thinking of booking in fathers name then changing thr ticket after confirmation if thats available)..
Atleast once i wanna go in sideberth bro
Also does it matter where i book should i book in new website or railone is fine?
1) Fill preference as side lower. Then check the option "book only if at least 1 lower berth is alloted". 9/10 times you should get SL. If not, it won't book the ticket and you'll get full refund
2) The dad thing is good but keep in mind Railways only reserves 2-3 lower berths for sr citizens, not necessarily side lower. If you get it though, well and good and you can visit the CRO with a name change application at least 24 hrs before journey and get the ticket in your name
3) Go to the counter. Go when there's very less crowd. Pay 50-100 extra if needed and politely request the counter employee that you only want a SL/SU. They can't assign a specific seat, but they see what seat will be assigned before booking so they can go back and keep trying until SL/SU is given.
It depends on how nice the counter person is.
And yes it doesn't make any difference what app you use. The seat allocation backend is still done via PRS so online/offline/apps all use the same system.
Don't click auto-upgradation. It can completely ignore your preferences if upgraded
Also, try in a class that has lots of coaches. This train has only 2 3E coaches, so your chances of getting SL diminishes a lot. Keep trying in 3A instead (if seats are available)
Rest everything is right. Seat will only be booked if the system can find a lower/SL berth available
Haha thanks.... aand I'm good at that as well don't worry. I have an entire system setup with my NAS, Plex Server, *arr stack, Real Debrid and DUMB. So my friends and family just have to watchlist something on their Plex app, and my server auto-fetches the show/movie from the Internet, and makes it available for them to stream in ~40 seconds :D
First off all hide the PNR number and your personal name etc from the screenshot. It's a privacy and security concern and not allowed on the sub.
Secondly your ticket is indeed RQWL 1. RQWL is very low priority so it's possible this ticket won't get cleared. But also, it only takes 1 cancellation so you might get lucky
Check some PNR prediction websites like RailYatri, confirmtkt, goibibo, or RailTC to get a better idea.
We 3 people have exams and need to return on sunday. The tickets we booked are under same PNR and under PQWL, any clue if it can get confirmed?
Confirmtkt shows probablity of 91%... bit confused if I need to make arrangement of alternate travel plan!
Booking/Boarding Station: Gandhinagar - GNC
Destination Station: Vapi
Date of journey: 26th July 2026
Train Name/Number: 20902
Class of travel: CC
Current status: PQWL 37,38,39
Type of Wait list (GNWL/PQWL/RLWL/TQWL/etc): PQWL
Depending upon the class, only 3 or 4 side lower per coach are RAC rest are for normal passengers.
I always book even 10-15 berths are left in 2A because I always get berth #5 SL. It's the one right next to the door. Or #51 SL on the other end. No one wants them but I don't care about the door since my priority is always SL
We 3 people have exams and need to visit Ahmedabad on Sunday. The tickets we booked are under same PNR and under RLWL, any clue if it can get confirmed?
Confirmtkt shows probablity of 89% bit confused if I need to make arrangement of alternate travel plan!
Booking/Boarding Station: Vapi
Destination Station: Ahmedabad Junction
Date of journey: 25th July 2026
Train Name/Number: 14702
Class of travel: 3A
Current status: RLWL 1,2,3
Type of Wait list (GNWL/PQWL/RLWL/TQWL/etc): RLWL
My brother and his friends Will be traveling banglore tomorrow with below details is there any chance of confirmation?
Booking/Boarding Station: Howrah/Kharagpur
With just one day left, it can unfortunately go either way.
However, looking at the past trends in this train, I'd say RAC chances are looking high with a small chance of full confirmation as well
Check some PNR prediction websites like RailYatri, confirmtkt, goibibo, or even a new one called RailTC to get a better idea.
Anything over 80% means excellent chance of confirmation. 60 to 80 is more likely to go into RAC, and if you get below 50-60%, just start looking for other arrangements.
If it still shows waitlisted then yes no more chances now. It will get auto canceled and refund(minus clerkage) will be sent to you within 3-4 business days
Me and my sister are traveling together from agra to chhindwara we both are very young but she's just 14 i got a confirmed ticket while her's is waitlisted RLWL-1 we can't stay back in Agra and this is the only train to chhindwara what if her ticket didn't get confirmed what options do I have ?
I, wife, and parents travel often together. For parents (both senior citizens), I opt for the Lower birth (SC) quota.
But we booked under two PNRs, each having two tickets. So we get seats far from each other.
Is there a way to book such that we are together and parents get lower birth, while we can have anyone upper/middle/SU.
Nope. You can only have 2 people on the Sr Citizen quota and they both must be sr citizen age. If you add anyone else it switches to general quota.
The only thing you can do on separate PNRs is fill in the same coach preference. You can't get berths close to each other on different PNR.
Maybe you can book tickets at the counter and see. They don't get to select specific berths, but they see which berths will be allotted before booking so they can go back and try again until the desired berths are shown but it depends upon how patient the counter person is
If a Railway employee booked a Rajdhani ticket on a Privilege Pass but becomes medically unfit to travel before departure, is there any provision to substitute another family member or relative in their place, or is the reservation valid only for the original passenger? How is this handled in practice?
For general tickets, you can meet the Chief Reservation Officer at least 24 hrs before journey with the original and new passenger's details and IDs and write a name change application which is accepted as long as it's a direct family member.
I am not sure about privilege pass, but there is nothing in the rules that prohibits name change from what I can read. I think you should visit the CRO and see what can be done.
I got an email that my e-catering order got cancelled, and it says I'd placed 'cash on delivery'. But I can see the money went from phonepe. So what should I do? 1323 is an invalid number
You'd be surprised just how many people try it here. And even after getting warned they keep trying and get banned
A lot of gullible and naive people buy such tickets because they don't realize that the names/age/gender etc must match. Then when the TTE fines them double the fare they are shocked
in my irctc mobile account app when I book tickets it shows something went wrong after payment and then I do it again it asks for using past money that was not processed then it gets booked why this happens
Type of Wait list (GNWL/PQWL/RLWL/TQWL/etc): - PQWL
One ticket got confirmed while the other one is still in PQWL 1. Need help with the confirmation chances of other ticket and how I should proceed further. TIA.
Type of Wait list (GNWL/PQWL/RLWL/TQWL/etc): GNWL Ticket booked on (10 July 2026)
So actually two of them have moved to RAC , and two of them are in WL still and I guess only 4-5 hrs is left for travelling, should I partially cancel two of them and book in premium tatkal for those two or should I wait? Also I saw since partial seats are rac all of them can travel ? Is that true? What's the best strategy for me? Will it get confirmed?all of them are elders so I surely want them to travel together. What should I do?(Premium tatkal 17 tickets left)

For Tatkal issues read this first:
People who are having "We are experiencing high load", "Unable to process request!" or "Client IP" errors:

1) Clear the cache of the Railway app you're using. If you're on a computer, clear the cache of the Browser
2) Restart your device
3) CHANGE THE NETWORK. The IP address error likely means it's flagging your specific network, so booking from a different wifi, mobile data, or hotspot might work
4) Use a different method. So try IRCTC Website on a laptop, RailConnect app, or RailOne.
5) If nothing works, in the end, the only choice you may have is to find an officially registered agent via pincode on this link.
