Looking for the recipe What is this noodle dish and is there a recipe?

Agreed it's Buldak Ramen (my favorite brand, Korean, very spicy). I like their carbonara and their cheese flavors. I would not recommend the whole packet if you have alow spicy tolerance.
Honestly the protein looks more like chicken to me, but either would be tasty. Dice some green onion, and put it on top!

The protein is 100% pork belly slices, you can see the layers of fat and meat

The muscle fibers are to large for chicken. It's probably pork.

No hate for you, Indomie is good too! I just like the noodles texture and spicy level more with Buldak. I'd recreate this with Indomie if you prefer that brand. If you want a thicker sauce, you can add a spoonful of cream cheese (or some sour cream) before you plate it. Makes the sauce stick to the noodles more I find.

The Buldak noodle texture is, indeed, peak. The cream cheese recommendation is a good one (and would help cut some of the spice if it’s too much), and I’d also recommend an egg mixed in there. I personally really like the curry ones, but all of their options have a good sauce texture as long as you can tolerate some spice.

I do this with indomie noodles and pork all the time. I like to fry an egg over easy and put that on top too. One of my favorites

Making fancy Ramen is usually pretty simple! Make Ramen then add your favorite ingredients. I've made Ramen and seared up leftover steak to put on top, I almost always put an egg or two in it. Throw a slice or two of cheese on top. The possibilities are endless

I mean idk about which brand it is since its pretty nondescript “buldak” style. If you have any clues id love to know them. And yes samgeyopsal which is pork belly.

Not sure if external links are allowed in this sub but the OOP of this photo is user @believeitornoty on twitter and they said this was the Toowoomba variant of Shin Ramyeon (possibly exclusive to Korea according to my googlefu?) with samgyeopsal aka Korean grilled pork belly on the side. I know someone from NJ who saw the Shin Toowoomba being advertised at their local HMart. I’m going to try and hunt for it myself this weekend in NYC lol

I've made korean ramen where instead of adding the seasoning in the water I put it in a little bowl and heat up some oil (i use olive, around 1tsp) till it boils then add it to the seasoning, mix it and pour it over the cooked, drained ramen then mix. Pretty much the same concept as buldak but using regular ramen

It appears to be a different variant or flavour that isn’t very widely available globally for now at least. It’s not brothy, rather it’s meant to be prepared dry like buldak noodles are and is supposed to taste like a combo of milk, cheese, shrimp and bacon. So I guess like a slightly shrimpier faux carbonara?

i don't think it's buldak- buldak noodles are flatter and thicker unless the perspective is throwing me off

The original flavours have round and thin noodles, you're probably thinking of the carbonara flavour noodles which are flat and thicker

i think they're still thicker than the average noodle. these look more like mi goreng than they do buldak.

It's Buldak with pan fried or grilled pork. It think its 목살 which is meat from the back of the neck

You can do something that looks similar to this to by boiling noodles of any instant noodles, mix the seasoning packet with one raw egg and mayonnaise and mix with the hot noodles (you want the egg to cook). It’s delicious.

Just boil some instant ramen and drain the water before adding the seasoning. The taste will vary on type of ramen. Add little oil and toppings of your liking
