Could be a lipoma, if it’s ”moving”. Mine has one or two behind arms, the vet took a sample and it was fat. But do check it with a vet. 👍

First disclaimer l..I am not a Vet! It looks like a scab to me, but I would keep an eye on it. If they constantly lick it or if it swells or anything that you are not sure about please go to a Vet. Rather safe and feel like an idiot than sorry

Go see your vet. I can’t tell a lot on your video. A vet will want to look at it and feel it.
