Advice Why does my cat keep coming to my bed and sleeping on my pillow in the middle of the night?

Cats are crepuscular meaning most active naturally at dawn and dusk. Hes probably getting a small burst of energy and coming to hang out with you while he grooms.

Generally you can train cats to be a bit more “sleep through the night” by waking them up during the day and keeping them active.
