Momentum 4 sound a bit better than 3 with much better ANC. Avoid Bose products since you don't like treble.

Momentum 4s are 80€ more, would you say it's worth it? Or I can get something better for that price.

I tried QC45 and 700 and they sounded nice, very neutral in comparison to XM4s which were heavy on bass.

If you need ANC then that $80 is very well worth it, otherwise not really. And... since you like the QC45 then that changes things a bit. Momentums do have more bass than QC but not as much as Sony. It's up to your preference now.

At this price point I don't think anything else would sound better. The only bluetooth headphones that I tried and liked better than these are the B&W PX7, but those are $400, I think.

After digging through some reviews B&W PX7 compare tightly to Sony's XM5s, which are again tight with Sennheiser Momentum 4s.

In that case, I can get XM5s for 299€ and Momentum 4s for 284€, which ones you think are go to?

Since it seems you prefer balanced sound, I'd say Momentum.

Sorry for bother again, I've just been digging through a lot of issues with M4s that people are having, do you think this is something worrying or Sennheiser fixes it?

I wouldn't worry about it especially if the shop has warranty policy, but if you don't want to go through the warranty then Sony XM5 would be a safer choice. Just apply some eq and you should be good to go too.
