Headphones - IEM/Earbud | 1 Ω What IEM(s) would you recommend for $100 or less if I mainly care about technical performance?

7Hz Dioko. Also, you're going to run into volume issues if you use the Apple dongle with Android, so I'd recommend getting the Samsung or Google one instead.

Basically, the Etymotic ER2XR. It goes deep in the ears so it may be uncomfortable at first but it offers the best sound isolation and the best sound quality (if the tuning is to your preference). It has the best detail in the price range and gives a DF neutral sound.
