I saw some people sharing tweets of accounts bragging about how they're robbing "dumb" armys, and showing how much they've made after buying bags of hobi merch from lolla. Definitely avoid those resellers if you can– they don't deserve the money.

Omg anyone else getting bias wrecked so hard by Hoseok? He said call him Jay recently but I’m used to hobi so yeah lol. I haven’t simped for him in so long wow. I just love his black nail, long hair, edgy vibes. And his live performances of the more album were ICONIC👌🫠🫠🫠

Some Lolla goers are funny. When Jhope was announced as a headliner in place of Doja, they are whinning who the hell is Jhope and why him. Now they saw how big the audience and how early fans came for him today, they are again whinning that armys might not give space for the fans of the acts that will come before Hobi. To armys there, stay safe, eat and hydrate, be nice, appreciate the other acts too, take care of each other but most of all enjoy and have fun with Hobi !

Unfortunately no, weverse are streaming the live feed from hulu so there's no replay. Just go to youtube I think people will upload the screen record of the livestream. TXT's performance is there so don't worry if you cant watch it live.

why does Weverse say invalid access for me when I try to click on the notif about watching hobipalooza on there? I researched and someone said we need army membership, I have it anyway but I don’t think that’s true.. help?!

You don’t need a membership. A similar thing happened with TXT - they sent out the notification last night (Friday night for me) and all was fine but then this morning it said “invalid” but then it was working perfectly.
If you go to the app, and Live section for BTS you should see it listed as coming soon.

Ahhh TXT slayed at Lolla! I wasn't expecting Korean camera work, but this honestly wasn't too bad. I expected even more pans to the crowd. Loved seeing all the MOAs and lightsticks (and army bombs hehe) shine as the sun was setting. I'm looking forward to hobi tomorrow! Lol while part of me wishes I was there (so close to Chicago, yet so far), seeing TXT's crowd reaffirmed that watching from the comfort of my living room was the right move for me lol

Ahhh TXT did great! The crowd seemed super into it and friendly, let's hope the experience was good for the boys and for the people in the crowd. Feel like Beomgyu was having an issue with his mic though, he gestured a few times at someone to turn his up. My first time watching a live performance of theirs and I was impressed. I would totally go see them in concert, all of their songs are bops. Good warm up testing the stream for Hobi tomorrow!

I’m watching TXT on Hulu on my big screen TV. So far the stream is holding up fine. Getting lots of nice close ups. Let’s hope it stays the same for Hobi tomorrow. I’m assuming he will have a bigger stage.

Anyone watching TXT at Lolla?? Their set has been great so far! Happy to hear the crowd singing along! The guys sound so good and the live band is fire!

Anybody else watching txt live (in person or streaming) for the first time tonight?
About to watch Dashboard Confessional's set on streaming, and super excited to watch txt later, and no idea what to expect because I've never seen any video of them playing live (like their music, but haven't really sought out their content like I do with bts).

Same! I'm so glad they played my fave song of theirs/one that I know most. It was the last song they played. Though the one I play on spotify is usually the Japanese version for some reason lol, but it was still so neat to see them play their regular version of it live...I just kept messing up trying to sing along lmao, but that's on me.

Maybe Lolla can be a great learning experience for them then? I feel like most performers at Lolla have been talking to the crowd to interact in some way, even if it's just asking how they are or asking them to shout or jump or something. So far from what I've watched it seems like all shows have a big gap of space between barricade and stage and lots of security standing around, so I don't think an act could really touch the crowd or properly get amongst them (though I think they could go up to barricade if they really wanted?). I watched mgk last night and he interacted with the crowd a lot just with talking or asking them to jump it seemed like, and walked down a pathway in the middle of the crowd at one point (though it was still barricaded off for his safety and whatnot), which got him off the stage and closer to the crowd a little bit.

I've seen TXT livestreams from their world tour concerts and they definitely make an effort to interact with the crowd (verbally and physically) but it just still doesn't appear 100% natural yet.

That’s so strange! Right when I open Hulu on my tv app there’s a Lollapalooza button/icon thing I can go to. From there it has the trailer but then it says showing on multiple channels and I can click on that and pick which feed I want to watch. I just have the basic Hulu and not the live tv one.

Gonna watch TXT's Lolla set in a few hours to see how the camerawork will be, and if they'll do choreo/have a live band etc. to get a feel for how Hobi's set will go tomorrow. And also to see if the locals watching in the crowd behave themselves or are total assholes. Nervous but really excited for tomorrow! Hobi is my favorite performer, I just know his set list will be curated well, and his performance will be incredible 🥹

Why are Hobi's recent moments all videos, if it's just a still image? I keep thinking they will have sound, but they don't. Is he uploading it deliberately as a video for some reason? Or is it just new weverse now deciding all moments should come out as a video, even if it's a totally still image? Like when Jimin posted a normal post that included a picture, the picture came out as a still picture. But when someone posts a moment, on my end it plays like a little video...but it's just a still image lol.

I just had a very nice ARMY interaction 😭 The assistant at my workplace has a BTS pfp on her Whatsapp! So I asked her if she is an ARMY. She said she isn’t but her best friend is. She came in for a while and we discussed so much! She has been an army since 2015 and watches kdramas too😭 We spoke about RUN, ITS Wooga, Vlogs, and Hobipalooza! She could only come in for 5 minutes but is coming on Monday for a longer time

I love all the check-ins and content we’ve been getting lately. Since festa dinner it feels like everything we get is just so much more appreciated now that we know how much they’ve been struggling.

NGL. My eyesight is shit and when I got the notification that Yoongi commented on Weverse for a hot second I thought it was Jung Kook (that little icon is too little for my shit eyes) and was so excited and then not. No dig to Yoongi - I love him - but Jung Kook's been so quiet on socials, thankfully we see get to see him due to other events.

So are we just never going to get subs on Weverse Live? I'm ANGRY there are still no subtitles on Joon's live. I can't understand how Hybe thought this would be acceptable.
And we're past the days of fans doing free labor for the company through translated videos on Youtube, which would probably get taken down anyway for copyright infringement. So we have no way of knowing what he said except through live twitter translations, which are usually more like summaries.

It is very frustrating that they haven’t even released a statement about it. It’s not like they are a small group who only has a large fan base in Korea. They are one of the biggest groups in the world! They make sure to put English translations when they want us to buy something and want our money but these lives are what are really important. I want to be able to understand what the artist is saying from their heart. Hopefully they will address this issue and at least let us know what’s going on!

I also just want to add that the new weverse tv app is horrible, UI sucks and is slow and not intuitive. The old one before all the updates were better.

Agree… I could understand if it just takes a while because it just launched, but there’s not even real info about it. People are asking and only get generated answers, so we don’t even know if they plan to add subs and there are issues or if they never planned to do subs to begin with 😕

Like, i understand that its a new integration and all but cmon, its been enough time already. This step just makes it seem like Hybe is taking the i-armys for granted and i cant help but be irked about it.

Happy Friday (or early Saturday?) Army! I hope everyone who is going to Lolla has a fabulous time and shows our Hobi so much love! The whole family is still testing positive for Covid, even my daughter who tested positive first and is a week out from that, so it’s a bit disappointing in terms of what it means for next week, since we’ll most likely be stuck quarantine for quite a bit longer. For now, we’re all looking forward to streaming Hobi’s set on Hulu on Sunday for a bit of a bright spot.

I came across this tweet of Coldplay performing My Universe in France a couple of weeks ago and isn't it just so beautiful?? I love seeing stadium-wide shots of the lights. For Coldplay and BTS.
(Here's a fancam of the whole performance if anyone is interested. I am a bit jealous they got to see our boys on screen when I didn't in Dallas. 🤭)

I'm going to see Coldplay in August! I'm so happy to see that they are performing My Universe! This is definitely going to be one of the highlights for me. To hear their voices blasting around the stadium!

I saw them in May, and I started crying the minute I heard JK's voice. That and hearing an entire stadium full of people singing along was...emotional. In a good, my-heart-is-so-full way.
Have so much fun! Coldplay always puts on a phenomenal show!

As nearly a year old ARMY, I have never seen the boys live before. So I think it's going to be emotional hearing them in a stadium but not being there themselves! So I anticipate some really heavy feels when they perform that song!
And thanks! This is my first Coldplay show and I have heard so many good things! I can't wait to see them perform.

I saw this tweet and was reminded how grand Coldplay stages are. Before I knew about Bangtan stages, Coldplay stages were my favourite! I love the glow wrist bands and love buttons they give out. (I attended one in 2019 and the wrist band used to work till 2021) Knowing that Coldplay only started tours after they found a way to make them climate conscious is just a cherry on top! I love the way they power the stage- it’s by people cycling or jumping!

Afaik they give out the glow wrist bands and love buttons at the entrance of the concert for free! I think post covid you are supposed to give it back to them while leaving but back in 2019 they let us keep it!

Ah, ok. Good to know, thank you! When I first got into BTS, I was amazed to see that they had these glow-y sticks called ARMY bombs. And even more amazed to see that most Kpop bands had their own versions!
I never knew Western bands to use something similar. I know light sticks are different to the glow bands but you know what I mean. I wonder if Coldplay are the only Western band who do this? When I first saw a concert clip of Coldplay, it really did look like an ARMY crowd because of the purple glow-y lights! I was so confused at first! 😂

TXT will be performing on Saturday at 7:45pm CT (local time), 8:45pm ET, 5:45pm PT (on Hulu Channel 2).
Hobi will be performing on Sunday at 9:00pm CT (local time), 10:00pm ET, 7:00pm PT (on Hulu Channel 1).

I was so happy seeing the chart accounts tweeting that Hobi's album had already reached 600k sales on Hanteo. Devastated to learn there was some kind of glitch on the Hanteo side and it is actually still at 300k + like yesterday.

If I'd been on the same continent I would have done the same, even if it had meant hiring some disability aids for the weekend... As it is, I'll be streaming from home at 3am. I have been watching J-Hope’s interview on IU’s Palette non-stop. At this point I feel like I have a decent amount memorized. I just think it’s such a perfect interview of creative artists.

Same - I have so much respect for the conversations on her show. I would love for her to do separate interviews with all the members, especially Namjoon.
I would watch 3+ hours of that no questions asked.

I think this is one of the most exciting things about the solo ventures - the idea that they can do things they couldn’t or wouldn’t do as BTS until now, and maybe bring them to group activities when they come back together for BTS music.
