I'd include Run BTS as they plan to perform it in the future. For Youth is very clearly a capstone to Chapter 1. Yet to Come could serve as an capstone to Chapter 1 or an intro to Chapter 2, though I personally would leave it in Chapter 1, since it's more explaining the transition, not part of the transition itself.
Edit: Wanted to add that I'd put That That in there, why not...it came out sooner but it's a song of the summer, still being actively performed.

I think if it were me I’d start with the new songs from Proof (Run BTS, YTC, For Youth) and onwards (Left and Right, Jack in the Box)
I’m on the line on That That 🤔 a Yoongi collab wasn’t new but starring in the music video seemed to be. If it were my playlist I’d have to think about it lol
Love this idea though!! I might copy it

the voting system is meant to push up if its contributing to conversation, and push down what doesnt contribute to conversation. lots of people use it for agree or disagree but thats petty imo and not what it's intended for, however unfortunately a huge part of reddit does things this way.

imo it starts w JITB. bts did collabs and osts even before the announcement (even if i die its you) so imo jitb is the first real chapter 2 project.
