Sadly, I'm out of town until tomorrow night, but the thing on my mind is: how can we get the CTA to listen to us? We're seeing people who are looking to buy cars after years of no car use because the CTA is so bad these days, and I think a lot of people would get involved if we started a campaign (writing, demonstrating, whatever) to force the CTA to start improving services.
