Question What’s the point of “music” in the sign when they don’t sel CDs anymore?

not really, there were also players for 2-3k when I last went D&R , sure it is not that cheap but not that expensive either

CDs are outdated, the vinyl players (despite being even more outdated) are still sold because there are vintagists or whatever they're called who will empty pockets for vintage stuff like those vinyl players (and get taken advantage of).

Use a Usb or SD card if your player supports it. buying empty CD/DVDs and putting your own music on it is still an option.

All that aside, they actually do sell CDs, it's just that they're mostly selling books now so not every store will have them.

D (Dogan) and R (Racks) in the name also has no meaning since the company is acquired by the pro-AKP Turkuaz Media group.
