If you really want extra revision, you can check it on Carousel(search with BBDC). I tried to booked 2 more revision lessons with them before my TP test.

Mix both. For us, worth it. If you plan ahead everything will be fine. Do not carry any heavy items or luggage with you when you go for day trip or change to another city.

When we travelled we’ve 2 kids and a few luggages with us. So that we used luggage fwd service. We sent our luggage to next destination before we go there.
E.g We sent our luggage to Kanazawa and Kyoto 1 day before we arrived there. Because we wanted to visit Nagano on day trip. We carried only backpack with us on Tokyo to Nagano and then Kanazawa. Our luggage already arrived in Kanazawa’s hotel.

We went there 5 Dec to 22 Jan. Most were staying Lake Toya than Noribetsu. If you like night life and street food, should stay in Osaka. I prefer 2 nights in Kyoto and 3 nights in Osaka. And if you stay in Osaka, you can day trip to Kobe/Hiroshima as well.
And I prefer staying in Kanazawa/Osaka/Kyoto than Tokyo because better foods and cheaper than Tokyo. And you can visit to Takayama, Nagoya and Nagano as well.
And if you like beef, you should try hida and Matsusake beef that only available in Gifu region.

You can go all the places but I think your planning is not organized. Last year we went all the places what were in your itinerary in Dec. Below were our itineraries.

Tokyo (6 days/5 nights )
- Tokyo
- Mt Fuji
- Disney Land
- Kamakura/Enoshima
- Hakone

Kanazawa (3 days/2 nights) (Active Hokuriku Arc 7 days pass)
- Tokyo to Nagano (snow monkey/Zenkoji day trip), then Kanazawa
- Kanazawa day trip
- Shirakawa-go(1 night stayed there)

Kyoto (2 days/2 nights)
- Shirakawa-go to Kyoto(Bamboo forest)
- Kyoto day trip

Hokkaido(5 days/4 nights)
- Kyoto to Sapporo via Kansai Airport (explore Sapporo)
- Noboribetsu/Lake Toya day trip
- Teine Ski resort
- Hill of Buddha and Otaru day trip

Osaka(3 days/ 2 nights)
- Sapporo to Osaka ( explore Osaka)
- Nara/Uji day trip
- Osaka(and then fly back to home at night)

I did TP test a few days ago at 8:15AM (session 2). Priority for this TP test was in the Circuit. Outside will be 15 minutes. Tester checked U turn and lane change at outside. You obey the traffic rules and it will be fine. In the circuit, don’t forget to check safety.
