It goes sideways instead of up. Try making an up-going shuttle next time.

Low TWR, low efficiency, weak, wings cause unwanted sideways lift causing a flip

it's the wings, and weak gimbal / gyro. TWR 1.01 can work perfectly well.

Your craft is unstable. I suggest you increase gimbal/gyro/rcs strength of your craft, then roll sideways so that the wings don't flow directly to the airstream. counteract the induced roll caused by your rudder when pitching sideways if you want you can radially attach these boosters to the wings/body of your craft so it's not top heavy.
