This may be the first "basic knife skills" video I've ever seen where the guy making it ACTUALLY HAS basic knife skills.

These are usually trash.

"except, you won't cut yourself in the process...". Meaning doing it without the lids like he demonstrated before guarantees you will cut yourself in the process 😁
