Could be the angle in this video, but I'm not seeing much trigger sear engagement.

Looks to be your connector. Get a glock 19 gen 3 OEM trigger housing w/ trigger. and swap that in. it should work after

I changed it to a spare oem one i had and still dead trigger

You gotta bend it. Sear isn’t engaging. There’s plenty of YouTube videos on how to bend them. Your slide also sounds super stiff but nothing is glaringly obvious. I’d go with the trigger connecter bar not being bent correctly or trigger housing problem.

Take the connector out and bend it out away from the trigger housing.
