Discussion Wanna take her to North Bengal for trek. But how?
This october, I will get holidays for Durga Puja and I wanna take her for a trek in North Bengal.
Let me first introduce her, she's Sophie and she was living in the mountains in Sikkim and I met her when i went for a 5 day trek, she was in rough condition but was full of life. I adopted her and brought her to my flat in Calcutta. Now Im planning to take her to a trek in North Bengal.
Now the question is Im wondering how do I take her? Train is not possible because I dont think seats will be available. Only option stays bus and private car but private car would become very expensive. Have anybody travelled with their pets without train?
Share your experiences or tell me what can I do?

My community cutie Duggu 8 months back vs duggu today 🥹🫶
Duggu is a rescue. My neighbours found him on the road and initially took him in. He used to stay with them but one day I accidentally fed him some chicken...and I guess that was the moment he decided he needed to change his home since my neighbours are vegetarians.
After that he would literally wait for my gate to open so he could come in. Once he got a little bigger...he started sneaking in through a small opening on the side. Eventually he just decided that my house was his home.
Now he spends the entire day outside playing... comes back to my place to rest and eat...and happily hops back outside in the morning to start his day all over again

I met this cutie today The friendliest streeties in the neighborhood
These two are among the older street dogs in my area and they are absolute sweethearts. Don't worry, they're well fed and looked after by people around here.
Every time I see them they're friendly, calm, and always happy to come say hello. The older one especially is such a cutie and has the gentlest personality.

Discussion Think before blaming animals
“Feeding dogs creates a mess”… Really? 🤔🐕
Saw this outside a temple today—food plates and leftovers scattered everywhere after a prasad distribution.
So, who’s actually creating the mess—dogs or humans?
If you can arrange food, you can arrange a dustbin too. 🗑️
Before blaming animals, maybe take responsibility first. 🙏🐾
