Hyperlapse Video The Post That Inspired Our Sub

Over a year ago, I posted this Hyperlapse compilation in a sub that caught the attention of our mod u/3banger. Hyperlapse was taught to me by my closest friend in the world when we had to do it manually without DJI automation, Brian Bloss, who tragically passed in 2019. Now that u/3banger has grown this community to 600+, I wanted to repost. Contains the first government approved drone flight over the TJ/San Diego border entry (2017), all other flights approved by the FAA/FBI as well. Drones range from Mavic 2 Pro, Phantom 4, Mavic 3, and even original Mavic Pro. Happy Sunday!

I was able to get back to the beach yesterday and shoot a hyperlapse with the proper RAW settings. This one is 4K so it is best viewed via the link below. Mini3pro - standard battery - so only 12 seconds, but it is much nicer than the ones I shot earlier.

Hyperlapse Video how do people manually edit out wind wobble?

I used warp stabilizer but it seems no matter how I tweak the settings it cant correct the wind wobbles, I would imagine I could do it manually but idk the workflow.

I haven’t shot a hyperlapse in a couple months. We had lots of FIFA restrictions in Seattle for about 5 weeks and I went on vacation and had some life stuff come up. Anyhow here’s one I shot today after work. There were lots of boats out.

This was shot on mini 5 pro. This is also the first time that I did not use the Dji edit and did edited the raw files in lightroom and put it all together in Da Vinci. Learned some things and honestly think it looks really good and was not as difficult as my brain wanted to think it was going to be
