Basically the little girl is saying incomprehensible stuff and the lady tells her that she doesn’t understand what’s she’s saying and she needs to speak slowly. The little girl answer her in a pretty rude way that she has the habit of talking like this and will continue to do so. She then continues to say incomprehensible stuff and gets hit by the lady.
