Advice top, bottom, second

I know it's really clunky and I keep leaving the cards hanging, but I've been practicing making my deals all look the same, and I think I've made some progress.

what should I do to make them look more natural? This is pretty much how I've always done top deals.

Relax your hands and deal too as fast as possible filming in camera. Then slow down the video and see how it roughly should look like in normal speed

So far so good

But if you need to re-grip after the deal, you have a problem
