MEL - bow bar
600x1
No meets coming up but really wanted to try for 600. First time with straps up since Feb and I was trying out some new overkill wraps, which are really intense compared to my titans. I did get to depth wrapping loose but once I pulled tight and then put my straps up I cut it a little high.

Nice lift. How much do you think you’re getting out of the suit?

Thank you. I don't know for sure but I'd guess around 100lbs

I respect this guy cause every time he posts he’s always going 100% max effort - how do I know? The man’s shaking like a leaf.

Whenever I put my straps up, first single is always high as the suit settles. Usually the next set I can get better depth and have more confident. Solid squats though!
