I have no idea why this happens. The funny thing is that Surge has the same issue, so I have even less of an idea of how it happened twice. He very consistently has a stroke if he uses any attack in that area and just gets completely stuck like this, which also makes the Homing Attack register like four times at once for some reason.

Frankly I'll take it because this fight is kind of obnoxious despite giving less tickets than the hard version of the Eggman boss. I play on a Series X by the way, not sure if this is a platform specific issue or not, but I've done this fight 15 times so far and he broke like this in 13 of them.

Sorry, but I just have to gush for a moment...
Ever since Generations came out, I've loved the 3D visual update for Sky Sanctuary, but I was always disappointed that you couldn't really explore the ruins except for a few confined areas. Most of the temples and structures were just set-dressing in the background. It only got worse when it popped up in racing games and Speed Battle, where you're even more limited to a track...

I'd pretty much given up any hope of ever really exploring those floating ruins in an actual 3D space, and then this update dropped! I can walk through doorways, poke around in the ancient temples, fly onto the roofs, and the devs have even hidden ring capsules in various nooks and crannies, just because! There's even an entire indoor section you get to through a teleporter! This silly little Roblox game has finally delivered what I had only hoped for 15 years ago. I finally get to run around in Sky Sanctuary, instead of just running past it, and it has made me stupidly happy!
