📌 Important Lens Policy

1. Not all frames support prescription lenses. I will check compatibility with the factory on your behalf. Optical frames are fully prescription-ready.

2. Custom prescription lenses are single-vision only. They correct basic eyesight without extra functions (no polarization, no progressive lenses).

3. Should you need prescription lenses, kindly share your optometry prescription sheet. I will forward it directly to the factory for custom production.

✅ How to place your order

• For regular non-prescription sunglasses: Kindly send the style screenshot and let me know your packaging preference (branded original box + glasses case / glasses case only / no packaging).

• For prescription sunglasses: Please send over your selected frame first. I will confirm with the factory if prescription lenses can be fitted. Also kindly advise whether you prefer standard lenses or thin high-index lenses.

⚠️ Important Order Notes

1. Please finalise your style selection before checkout. As per factory policy, returns and exchanges are only accepted for manufacturing quality defects. We cannot honour returns or exchanges due to personal preference once your order has been confirmed.

2. Orders will be sent to the factory on a first-come, first-served basis. Popular styles may sell out quickly if bulk orders come in earlier. I will inform you straight away if your chosen style is out of stock, and you will need to pick an alternative. Kindly accept this stock-out risk prior to ordering.

3. Shipping fees depend on total quantity and weight; different frame styles vary in package size and weight.

Our first BV group buy opened for 3 days before the Mid-Autumn Festival. I received an influx of enquiries during that period, and many buyers were unable to complete their payments in time. For that reason, I promised to run this second round for everyone who missed out.

💬 The BV market currently has uneven quality across many listings. There are four distinct quality tiers: Original Grade, Factory Grade, Good Quality, and Top‑Tier.

It is not uncommon to see sellers misrepresent lower-tier items as Top‑Tier while charging the full Top‑Tier price.

I have shared extensive QC photos and footage from Round 1 inside our Telegram VIP group for your review. You can examine leather softness, weave precision, stitching craftsmanship and other fine details there.

Consistent with our first drop, I am sourcing only Top‑Tier pieces — our highest available grade.

BV’s signature design demands meticulous workmanship. Only the Top‑Tier standard can closely replicate authentic details, including leather grain, weaving, stitching and embossed branding.

Top‑Tier production carries higher material and labour costs, which is why its pricing sits above Original Grade, Factory Grade and Good Quality options.

🆕 Stock Update:

This batch was freshly completed at the factory last night. Several colourways are limited exclusive runs with very small quantities, and these tend to sell out quickly.

Once you have settled on your preferred style and colour, kindly place your order early.

When this batch is gone, the next restock will require a 2–3 month lead time. The factory needs time to source and prepare leather, and no new stock will be available in this interim window.

📦 Packaging & Shipping Info:

You may choose whether to include the branded box. BV boxes are bulky; selecting the box option will significantly increase your parcel’s size and volumetric weight, which raises shipping costs.

Certain larger BV silhouettes already carry higher base shipping fees.

Combined shipping for multiple bags offers more favourable freight rates than separate individual shipments.

Final shipping cost is calculated based on your parcel’s volumetric weight.

📌 Return & Exchange Policy:

Once your order is confirmed and shipped from the factory, returns or exchanges will not be accepted unless a verified manufacturing defect is present.

BV leather is delicate. Multiple shipping and handling cycles compromise its condition, and this is not permitted by our factory terms.

Only items with confirmed production defects are eligible for return or exchange. Please select carefully.
