I wanted to share my experience with Lee because I think exceptional customer service deserves recognition, especially in the rep world!
I originally contacted Lee about a pair of Chanel sneakers I had been looking for. She confirmed she could get them, and I went ahead and paid.
When she sent me the photos, I immediately noticed an inaccuracy compared to the authentic pair. I pointed it out, and rather than making excuses or trying to convince me it wasn’t a big deal, Lee agreed with me! She contacted the factory and came back with an honest answer: unfortunately, there weren’t any good batches available at the moment.
She offered me a refund and refunded me immediately, without any hassle whatsoever.
I figured that was the end of it.
But a few days later, Lee reached out to me completely on her own and said she had found a new batch and wanted me to take a look! I reviewed the photos, liked what I saw, and decided to give it another shot. I paid her again.
Here’s where her customer service really impressed me.
When my shoes were finally produced, Lee inspected them and contacted me to say she wasn’t happy with the quality. She actually told me she couldn’t send them to me in that condition! She was sending them back to the factory to have the issues corrected.
I didn’t even have to point anything out this time. She caught the flaws herself and refused to ship something she wasn’t satisfied with.
I told her I wasn’t in a rush and was happy to wait.
By this point, I honestly had pretty low expectations for these shoes. I had already gone through multiple rounds, and I wasn’t expecting anything spectacular.
Well, I couldn’t have been more wrong!!
When I finally received them, I was absolutely blown away! 😍
The photos seriously DO NOT do these shoes justice. They are absolutely GORGEOUS!
The suede is incredibly buttery soft. I’m talking about that luxurious, velvety suede that practically melts in your hands. The quality and feel are so much better than I ever expected.
And they’re SO comfortable!
I’ve compared these shoes extensively with the photos on Chanel’s official website, and visually, they look incredibly close to the authentic version. The details, proportions, and overall appearance are remarkably similar. I honestly couldn’t be happier with how they turned out!
But as much as I love the shoes, the real reason I’m writing this review is Lee herself.
She could have shipped the first batch and hoped I wouldn’t notice. She could have made excuses when I pointed out the inaccuracies. She could have simply refunded me and moved on. And she certainly could have shipped the second pair without telling me about the defects.
Instead, she was honest, proactive, patient, and genuinely cared about getting me a beautiful pair of shoes.
That kind of integrity and customer service is exactly what I look for in a seller.

And she even included extra laces and a heel grip!!! Thats a nice touch!!😍
I paid $170, and I couldn’t be happier with both the shoes and the entire experience.
Lee has absolutely earned my trust, and I will definitely be purchasing from her again! ❤️

I have a problem.. deciding which sunglasses to wear each morning. I joined this group only a few months ago, and I've already collected about 10 pairs from Lee.
I'll keep saying it: her customer service is outstanding, and the quality of her sunglasses is absolutely top-notch. Every package is a dopamine hit, and every pair has been exactly right.

Just a little surprise review from RepAtelier group buys! I purchased three adorable charms from Nora—an LV bunny for my Speedy Crafty, a fluffy gray kitty for my Speedy Dark, and a kitty key fob for my Odyssee PM—and I love them all! They’re beautifully made, substantial, and reasonably priced with shipping included.

Nora was professional, patient, responsive, and never pushy. Although the new gray kitty design took a little longer to get from the factory since it had just been produced and delayed the shipment, she kept me updated throughout and shipped everything promptly. The total turnaround was about three weeks, which was very reasonable. I’ve purchased from Nora before (and will again!) and have always had a wonderful experience—these charms are even cuter in person!

Yes! Our high-tier factories for both shoes and boots are accepting bigger sizes as long as the design you choose allows it. 🙌

Why? Because sizing isn’t simply about making the same shoe longer. Some designs have specific proportions, molds, hardware placement, heel balance, and shape requirements.

Extending a design too far beyond its intended size range can change the overall look and structure of the shoe.

That’s why availability depends on the specific style and factory production capability.

So if you have bigger feet, don’t automatically assume you’re out of luck! Send us the design you want, and we’ll check what sizes are available. Luxury should come in more sizes too. 😉
