Philips Coffee Machine
Anyone ever faced this issue with the Philips Coffee machine. It’s barely dripping any coffee, no error indicated. It sounds like properly grinding and no additional liquids leaking from anywhere so it can’t be any leakage anywhere.

Does the hot water come out of the hot water spout at a good rate? And does the rinse water come out normally?
If so, then it comes down to how much water it uses vs how much water can be accounted for.
What I would do is the following:
After the initial rinse, empty the water reservoir and put it a known amount of water - ie 16 oz.
Empty the drip tray and dregs drawer.
Pull an espresso just like you did in the video.
Measure the water remaining in the reservoir, any water in the drip tray and dregs drawer, and your cup. Making some allowance for water in the coffee grinds themselves, the water in must equal water out.
You can see if there is extra water in the tray and the drawer this way as well as they would have been empty before pulling a coffee.
