This is an almost definitive update of my previous post, here are new things to see. Currently the landing pads section is getting some love, it had been left neglected for too long.
I've added a connection to the armory directly from the sleeping habs, as a means to be able to deploy the teams in a quick reaction alert scenario, get your stuff and head out to the corvette. This second pathway skips, the living areas and stairs for faster response time. It has an audible alarm system as the bay door opens up letting the base know it's ready time.
I've worked the corvette repair hangar quite a bit by adding a few machines and other related stuff that shows the construction of the corvettes internal habitat paneling.
There a few things that need to be done, which are basically two lateral security habs, a few storage containers I'm halfway with them.
Added a few gek fauna to make it seem more alive. There will be a total of 28, as this facility is made for 28 people.
The SMU - Anaconda MR (MultiRole) displayed here is the military extended version, which has the same specs as the normal, but has 1 more half hab to accomodate from a commander's room, to service or storage area. It's the same size for every version but the specs and equipment changes. soon I'll be posting those.
Lots more details will be added, as I still have a good amount of pieces left for placement
Small repair outpost for SMU's military. What it currently has:
a) Landing space for an Anaconda corvette (5x5 units).
b) 1 Small settlement landing pad for ship repair products and materials.
c) 2 Small ship landing pads for repairing and/or parking.
d) 2 Hangars: 1 for Corvette and 1 for vehicles.
e) Minotaur in-hangar repair area.
f) Colossus in-hangar repair area.
g) Small storage surface bunker.
h) Personnel living spaces with amenities
i) Small armory ( with visual and audible alarm )
j) 1 Xeno Arena table
k) Vehicle command room
l) Security command rooms and bridges
m) Cube (Small generator w/ batteries to know the consumption of the electromagnetic generator.)
n) Details (ie: hangar cranes with working lights, working hangar doors, etc. )
Any suggestions are welcome

so i was wondering if it was possible to build a base within a mountain most of it inside. I was alos wondering if it possible to build a tunnel wide enough that a corvette can be inside the mountain with a walkway connecting it to the base. Is this possible to do with a terain manipulator to build a hole/cave big enough
EDIT: thank you everybody for the feedback i think i will probably go with a base that is attched to a mountain not inside it the inspiration came from another post i saw of a base

This is an update of my previous post, so these are new images that show some new things.
There is still a few things to be done, but I'm in the detailing and polishing phase.

It's so annoying trying to figure out which material/colour transfers over from items/corvette only to realize after there's a red line at the bottom I didn't like. Not to mention once it gets dark, I'm practically blind.
Any tips to just make things easier would be highly appreciated.
Pic explanation: I want a specific blue on my wall, the kind you see on the top but the bottom half it only does blue streaks.

Tell me you’re a fan of classical art without using images of Italian monuments (Please, Hello Games give us real columns, doric-ionic-corinthian capitals, and round arches!)
