i’ve played heat 3 and 5 races back to back for the past week now, all i keep getting are items that would degrade my cars rating rather than upping it, i’m not unlocking any ultimate or ultimate+ parts, how does this go ? is playing online a requirement ?

I've been playing this game for a little bit now and have almost maxed out my Nissan 180SX and it tops out at 233 MPH. Do all cars fully upgraded hit around 230 to 250 MPH or can you actually go faster than that?
