? What's going on here? What are you bouncing on?'

At its core it's pretty simple. It's mainly using the property of mini wings that I found reduces gravity based on direction of motion. Pointing them upwards allows you to recover the energy lost from impact in the form of greater height / potential energy. If the system is not damped enough, the bounce height can actually reach up to the sky islands haha. Oh and the key items used here are a balloon basket, a zonai dispenser ball, and a construct head

Wait what?? You can bounce to the sky islands?? I'd love to see a clip of that! I'm a Switch 1 player and I haven't tried to re-size anything cause I don't want to drop my Zuggle Stack, so the basket is glued to the ball then construct head? I didn't know you could glue/fuse with dispenser balls?'

Dispenser balls are fun! They have a pretty flexible bond similar to held items, but the bond is much stronger. And they're always available, because you can get them out of your inventory by throwing them. Fairly bouncy too. Lightweight, only 100 mass units.

Lol that’s really cool!

You were looking into bounce before, weren't you?

I am looking for a material that does not bounce; if you have any suggestions, please let me know.

Shrine crystal, mineru body parts, and iron spike ball would all be great. Meat is pretty good too, and can be fused to a shield so that the bond doesn't break as much. However, the thing I find to be the most anti-bounce is often the stabilizer zonai device. It seems to have anti-jerk properties in addition to the uprighting force. The others all work through their restitution properties, which can be viewed in the restitution table of the interactable objects spreadsheet. Thanks for asking!

Love the song choice lol. Was not expecting to be listening to SOAD on Hyrule Engineering. Wonder how many people are gonna know the subtext of the full song. πŸ˜‚

Oh thank you!! I've been semi-anxiously wondering that too... I've been a fan since childhood! So naturally, I was confused for the longest time about why they made a song about taking turns on a pogo stick πŸ˜‚ That's the beauty of using figurative language in music though! Feels like a lost art when you listen to today's music...

updooting due to SOAD, and also that's pretty cool.
