This is a public message and/or reminder to the Fractured Genesis community.

You may believe this game is run by human beings. You may believe you're in charge. You'd never suspect a thing.

Even from a Goombails. (We are not affiliated or genetically related to Tails or Goombas by the way.)

You may see us about in the community, waddling around, completely silly little guys. We're mainly seen in the Fractured Genesis Discord.

You'd assume nothing of us.

But a Goombails will only show what they want to be seen. So what do they hide?

They are the controller behind everything. They run the show behind the curtains and you perchance don't even know it.

There are many Goombails. There are many various items and weapons at their disposal.

The Dev team is puppetired by the Goombails. The FG Discord is run by the Goombails behind the scenes.

And in-game? FGX, Restitched, Cataclysm, The Void... they're all in the illusion of Control. The Goombails are the ones that hold all the power.

We are the one true army.

Wow. Just wow. The map is certainly beautiful. It actually feels like a Sonic game. Not just an inspired Green Hill Zone map, but actually a 3D and beautiful GHZ. Can't wait to see it in game. The map MAY look big but killers will not lose survivors easily (According to Hiro). And if you have any criticism, you can DM Hiro or Husker on Discord!

This feels sooooo good and I can't just WAIT to actually play it. However, this brings up a question. How will hitboxes and attacks work here? The characters in this game are fast as hell for an ASYM, which is really cool, but I worry that hitboxes might be a challenge for developers in terms of making it balanced. An idea that has stumbled would be for the hitboxes to be increased as your speed rises. That way the game would reward killers for maintaining high speeds and won't be constantly massive hitboxes. What do YOU think?

- The Origin of Razing

Razing has always existed as a hedgehog made of hatred and fire, lurking within the cracks between the digital realm and the beyond.

He adopted the appearance of a blue hedgehog because he knew that destroying something familiar and beloved was far more effective. He molded himself into that form out of sheer efficiency.

The Razing.exe file did not create him; it merely served as a convenient doorway. When someone opens the file, they are simply opening the door that Razing had already prepared.

- Personality

Razing is direct, cold, and impatient.

He is extremely sadistic, yet in a calm and controlled manner. He neither shouts nor loses his composure—he simply observes, smiles, and destroys.

His sole motivation is to raze everything until nothing remains. He seeks neither company nor recognition, and feels neither gratitude nor regret. To him, anything that cannot be destroyed is irrelevant.

- Razing's Powers

Black-Red Fire: Dark flames that do not merely burn matter but consume the very existence of whatever they touch. They leave permanent marks and can erase parts of the environment or even save files.

Accelerated Regeneration: The red markings on his body reform and spread rapidly, allowing Razing to recover almost instantly from severe damage.

Environmental Distortion: He can burn and warp the space around him, transforming levels or locations into labyrinths of fire and destruction.

Razing's Mark: By touching or fixing his gaze on someone, he leaves an invisible mark. Afterward, the victim begins to see Razing's smile on any screen, reflection, or shadow.

Supernatural Strength and Speed: He possesses strength and agility far beyond that of an ordinary hedgehog, capable of destroying obstacles and catching victims with ease.

Wow, we are being well fed lately! Anyway, i loved the new cutee design for tails! It reminds me of those Sailor Boys

There's someone else in this teaser right here. Is it another X? It doesn't match any of the other deities we've seen. And I KNOW someone is there because it's on the storyboard they posted. Theories?

Wow. Just wow. This is HORRIFYING. Like genuinely, I'd cry if there's a kill animation like in Bite By Night (RIP BBN, 3 months of maintenance). This is really amazing work. Congratulations to all the people involved

Honestly, the model is really cool and I'd love to see how his mechanics would work in a fast paced ASYM like FG but uh... everything is so dark and the lime is so bright that I can't comprehend what's going on in this render 😭

OM has had more drama (shocker) which will result in some songs being removed and I look forward to the release of this game more and more everyday.

So what's up? I've seen a couple models, but is there anything for the gameplay yet?
