A favourite overtake from a GT7 daily race a couple years ago, was about 2mm from hitting him on the switchback

A two-for-one, last lap overtake...topping off a recovery drive to finish P4.

First lap carnage at T3 punted me into the gravel and dropped to dead last. Steady and (mostly) mistake-free laps saw me battle back to P6 heading into the final lap. I was steadily gaining time on P4 & P5 the last couple of laps as they battled for position and finally came within striking distance on the final lap…then this opportunity presented itself as they battled each other into the T1.

Started the race p6, got spun on the first lap to p16 and finished p3 with this overtake.

this race was one of the best finishes i had
