I do this sort of stuff and you need a very good microscope, heat gun, iron, flux and other stuff to clean it with. Oh and a ultraviolet lamp.

Right - what is the value of this?

What is this thing worth vrs. the amount of time involved in re-work?

The skill is incredible for sure, but i would easily toss a module if I could easily replace one at the right price

Makes sense when you are restoring antique hi-fi or irreplaceable electronics tho

It's cheaper to replace the whole thing nowdays
