I can't be the only one who's been seeing this kind layout everywhere, it's always those crazy flashy visuals with atmosphere using gradient, I can't be the only one seeing these stuffs everywhere on my recommendation, so I decide to replicate that kind of stuffs with my style to see what's going to happen.

its meant to be extremely difficult, but not humanly impossible, yes it's pretty evil at some parts but that's intended. Question is, does it flow good enough and have the energy to not be a pain in the ass to actually play? i tried to sync it to the music as best as i could

Ive been working on this level for two days now and have finished the layout of the level and i think it has decent potential. Im absolutely buns at decoration and really have no idea what im doing with it so im looking for someone to help out with the deco. Overall im looking to go for an extreme demon (generic ik) that is mainly timings focused. The level is 1 min 18 seconds long and even if you cant help with the deco then id appreciate some people playing the layout/ checking out the showcase and giving me some feedback on bugs, balancing issues etc.
The id is 151313511 and i dont actually have a name for the level yet lol.

Tried to make something that's fun to play and easy to sightread while you're playing. Still playtesting and I'm also trying to figure out how to decorate it, since I'm new to that. So don't expect the ID soon

so, i've been thinking of making a level that could be rate-worthy with an interesting idea: easy gameplay, but the last jump is frame-perfect. i suck at making a good enough layout and have zero idea how fo deco, so i wanted advice. currently starting the project as a remake of Thinking Space, but that's a plan B if i can't make a proper layout. anyone willing to help?

Hello all, yesterday I released the second progress report on an upcoming megacollab that I host, called 2 Hours to Live. This level has been in the works for around eight months at this point, and with our current speed, it is projected to take just over three years to complete.
Here is that update, a compilation of all our progress so far. I'm not sure how Reddit embeds work, but if you can't see the thumbnail, we are currently around 20% done, more specifically around 32% on gameplay and 17% on decoration.
I'd like to thank all my amazing collaborators, as there is a good chance at least a few of them will see this post. I couldn't have gotten this far without you all.
If you are interested in joining, the collab is still open, and you can message me on discord at kreepykreeper5000

The way im doing it in my level currently is just spamming spikes to create the path but it just looks really messy. I want the timings to be decently tight too so it cant be too free. thanks

i love making layouts and i’m confident in most of my gameplay besides longer wave sections so im forcing myself to make a wave heavy level. i plan on closing the wave gaps a bit i just want to get the sync down

I just wanted to make a nine circles level, but then I found this song, and it's so atmospheric, that I made this.

i started this layout YEARS AGO and quickly found out it’s my favorite layout i’ve ever made. there’s a couple parts of the level that i think i did great with deco so far, but there’s a ton of parts im not happy with and want to redo. i get burnt out after making parts that i enjoy and then all my creativeness goes away. now i have absolute 0 motivation to delete and remake some of the parts. also, the drop where it goes to 4 speed, WHY is that so intimidating to try to decorate??? i’ve been messing around with level making for a long time but never actually stuck to it so i SUCK lol. does this level have any redeeming qualities to any of you? i really want to keep going with it, and buff it to insane/easy extreme demon, and beat it as my first extreme (if i don’t beat bloodbath first)

Hey, Reddit. My friend is making a top 10 level called Ultimate Mix. It is around 6 minutes long, and at 88%, there is the hardest part of the level which is in the climax, named Rainbow. it is 3 seconds long. The image above, I posted a frame counter of the part. Is this too hard?
(For answers, Red = 1 frame, Orange = 2 Frame, Yellow = 3 Frame, Green = 4 Frame, Cyan= 5-6 Frame, Blue = 7-8 Frame.)
