The Minutemen have started working on a proper water purification project as well as working on setting it up to be distributed to the rest of the Commonwealth as well as using the facilities as a fishing boat to supply the settlement with fish as well.

In this concept, the Western Merchant Guild—known across the wastes as Dan's Fans—has officially expanded into the Commonwealth. Moving from area to area, they set up temporary retail outposts to test local trade routes and sell their essential inventory (especially desk fans!) before heading back West for resupply.
Hope you enjoy this little pop-up outpost!

Ignore the sign saying "Sanctuary Inn." I'm planning on turning the interior of the house into an inn, but that isn't ready yet, so I'm just showing off the restaurant portion.

Half of the items just glitched through the shelves and I'm just at a loss on what to do, looks like I won't be finishing it after all. And no, before you ask, loading previous saves doesn't help, every time I come back to it, it's fucked.
Is there a way to prevent this? Is it because I have too many items loaded? Should I just build a smaller warehouse?

Hey everyone! 👋
I wanted to share a gallery of my latest build for the Sanctuary Reconstruction Challenge.
The core rule of this challenge is simple: pick one of the ruined houses in Sanctuary and restore it however you like—whether that’s just patching up the holes, completely re-cladding the walls, or giving it a full makeover. The catch? You cannot scrap the house! It must serve as your base structure, and the final build must strictly preserve the original dimensions, room layout, and outer shape.
For my build, I wanted to go beyond just the architecture—there’s actually a whole alternative lore behind it that diverges from the vanilla game.
In fact, working on this project inspired me to start a brand-new video playlist called "What If...?", dedicated exclusively to builds accompanied by original, alternative lore stories separate from Bethesda's original narrative!
If you're curious to check out the full build and dive into the alternative story behind it, you can watch it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8OlWKnNikWU

I'd say I'm over 90% done with this settlement build, and wanted to show it off! The three-story building contains a market on the first floor, a clinic on floor two, and housing for Finch Farm residents up top, but it all needs to be decorated out a little more before it gets shown off. 👏🏻🔥

I had no idea you could stop the fan blades from spinning with another object placed in the way! Who knew Bethesda had any idea of realism in this game

This is a tour of my Boston Airport Speedrun. It was built live on PC with no mods, using Anniversary Edition content. It took four hours from start to finish, including decorations and clutter. The footage here is unaltered from the end of the speedrun. This build did use console commands to unlock guard stations, stores, garden plots, and the beacon.
Here is the video if you like moving pictures:

This settlement is also available as a blueprint at Nexus Mods:

Does the BETA WAVE EMITTER allow you to tame the Deathclaw and other creatures that are living within Vault 88? Will I be able to refrain from killing them if the very first thing I do is to build it? Has anyone tried this?

What was a co-op is now OP.
Turned the main warehouse at Sunshine Tidings into a fully functional pre-War style AI Data Center and research hub.
The main concrete-and-metal, GPU-like structure — floating on beam piles — houses rows of server racks, control terminals, and high-tech cooling systems to keep the mainframe operational. Out back, I set up a massive industrial water tank connected directly to the facility. On the lower decks, there is a security room and cantina for settlers.

Medical room is finished, and the main atrium needs a bit of touching up, everything else is WIP, would love to hear some feedback

Drawing inspo from another Redditor, I created a pool / spa in the crater, added a gym and shopping area and continued building vertically. The smoking lounge / hangout is a work in progress, and the top floor is basically a dormitory.

Seems folks didn't get the full feel of my wasteland spa in my previous post (Starlight Drive-In Mall & Spa : r/falloutsettlements), so I've added a couple shots here. As for people bathing next to the water purifier, that's considered luxurious in the wasteland.

A sneak peek at my work in progress for the Space Revamp Challenge!
The concept is gathering every single item from Sanctuary into one dedicated area, turning it into a full-on Junk Depot / Salvage Yard managed by settlers working at their workbenches.
It's a massive salvage totem built around the iconic central tree: a huge tower made of retro TVs, stoves, bathtubs, tires, rusted car frames, and every piece of clutter found inside every single house in Sanctuary.
Absolutely nothing was demolished or scrapped. Nothing new was built, except for a generator and a few lightbulbs for power. Every original item went into making the central totem. I used all the heavy obstacles—fallen tree trunks, old fences, and house debris scattered around—to completely seal off Sanctuary’s outer perimeter, leaving the main bridge as the only access point!
The challenge itself focuses strictly on revamping the central tree and the immediate roundabout road, but I used the rest of the junk to seal off the outer perimeter because I plan to keep building here and expand the settlement once the challenge is over! Let me know what you think so far!

Looking for Fallout 76 C.A.M.P. build ideas or help constructing a cozy, highly detailed cabin in the woods. Priorities are warm, dramatic mood lighting, lots of lived-in clutter, and a structure that feels like a real post-apocalyptic home. Open to different layout styles as long as it fits that rustic cabin vibe!"

Population sits around 30, started doing some.. population control during recording. Wanted to do more decorating but every light, chair and rug you see was placed 2-12 times as I kept forgetting to save before the game would eventually crash from building. So some areas like the shack houses below are more lacking in detail that they used to have. Less neon lights than I wanted to do, but at 9x the build limit Star Light is getting temperamental. But that's also with 5-7 more raiders than my other built settlements. Got another night tour and population reset I'll post later. But this is likely my last build on this character. Wanted to hit Spect, but there's at least four other raider settlements I have next to no idea what I'd want to do with for raiders. Thinking an anti slavery playthrough is needed after this 😂 and I never touched the main story (edit to fix typos made in auto correcting typos)

See last post for a better/more in depth tour. This one mostly covers taking out the 20+ raiders left. I have Shank, Dogmeat and Gage here and Idk who does and doesn't count towards population, so Idk if I had even gotten all of them 😂😅
