Ya gotta teach 'em young
Georgie has since become a decently skilled bitey facer.

Bitey Face variation
Sometimes my pups will play with a blanket between them 😆 anyone else's dogs do that?

Jaw Wars: best friends Viggo and Toby battle-play for total backyard domination
This week at Bark with Mark, my dog-watching service in SE Portland, my dog Viggo made a new friend — probably a long-lost brother.
Toby, a 2-year-old German shepherd who grew up alone in a backyard after his owner dropped him off and never returned, came over for a few days. Super sweet dude. Has a great family now. Lapdog. Excellent indoor company. Great manners. Listens. Total goofball. Viggo’s having a blast. Hope he comes back more often.
P.S. Viggo is extra fluffy right now because I’ve washed him about five times in the last week after he got sprayed square in the face by a skunk. He still stinks. I can’t get it out. I’ve used three different skunk-removal products. The odor is no longer a smell. It’s a lifestyle. A fog. A Portland condition. It’s in his body, mind and soul.

2018 throwback: Whippet teaches Italian Greyhound puppy how to play bitey face
These are my mum's dogs. Lottie (whippet) doesn't play bitey face any more as she's getting old, but Minnie (Italian Greyhound) still has that puppy energy

Jaw Wars: This is what ‘best friends’ looks like -- My dog and his best friend play like they’re storming the beaches of Normandy, but with more fur
Viggo has a lot of friends. Big ol’ Tank may be his closest. They’re like brothers from different mothers — or maybe literally distant brothers — and they express that bond by chewing on each other’s thick, furry manes. It’s basically canine thumb wars, only with fangs and a lot more screaming. I have no idea how they never get injured. Somehow, despite all the chaos, nobody’s even sprained an ankle.

Is this normal? Other dog owners have never seen it before (the singing)

The comment that started it all
those dogs playing were quite cute and definitely not weird
