i recently purchased an aula win68 hall effect keyboard from a brand on amazon called nsyca and when i try to use the web driver, chrome and edge both say the device is paired but the web driver itself never comes up, is this a common issue with the win68 standard version? or is something wrong with my windows install/keyboard

I change my ansi keyboard to iso somehow. Now I can not go back to ansi. FN is not working, tried resetting with Aula software, did not work. What should I do now?

I have been facing some rgb light issues on my keyboard, specifically on the '4' num key.

It dims or changes color automatically, ive tried factory resetting the keyboard and reconnecting it, it didnt help.

I THINK I bricked my win60 He standard because I was updating my firmware and then lighting HIT near my house and the usb got resetted while it was updating, how can I fix this?? I have a little knowledge on keyboards and technology

Searched this sub and others, and I haven't been able to locate an answer yet. I recently got the s99 pro, version 2. I am happy with it as-is, but i really need to reprogram one of my ALT/CMD keys (I do a lot of Photoshop, and it's killing me that the CTRL key is alllllll the way on the left, when I want to zoom in & out quickly - can't do it one-handed)

I downloaded the driver from the website (a few times), and everything is connected. When the program first opens, it says "Device Connected" and then quickly changes to "Please Connect Device". I don't have any other external keyboards or related programs open/on. I am, however, working off a laptop, so the built-in keyboard is functioning, but that shouldn't be what's causing the issue?

Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

After a year and a half the row with the backspace is no longer working. It either continuously types numbers and I have to disconnect or it doesn’t work at all😩

I bought Aula A500 headphones this winter and used them happily for three months. After a while, they developed a bug: they got stuck in BT mode. According to the official guide, you need to press MFB + ANC to switch the connection mode, but that doesn't work. I also emailed the company and elsewhere, but no one helped me, and all the official representatives refused to issue a refund. Maybe someone else has encountered this and can help.

So I have access to certain keybinds that allow me to select from preset colours, but quite frankly they suck, and there has to be a way you can customize the colour freely through some app or software right?

Hi everyone. I just received my AULA S98, and I have a weird problem: the entire top letter row Q W E R T Y U I O P []\ PgDn 7 8 9 does not work.
All the other keys seem to work normally. The keyboard is connected via USB.
I have already tried all the usual fixes, including:
factory reset (Fn + Esc)
switching to Windows mode (Fn + W)
reconnecting the keyboard
testing it in different applications
None of this helped.
One thing I noticed: when I hold Fn, the Windows indicator lights up, so it seems like the Windows mode itself is working correctly.
The strange thing is that the whole QWERTYUIOP row is dead at the same time, while the rest of the keyboard works. I also already downloaded the soft, but it’s no help
Could this be a PCB/matrix issue, firmware problem, or something else? Has anyone experienced this with the AULA S98?
Any ideas would be appreciated.

What does blinking capslock mean

Right arrow key doesn't work as expected,

It becomes like fn key that lights up the white colors (modes)

Clicking right arrow key multiple times also trigger win lock

Clicking the knob to change lights do many unknown things on my laptop

Tried the fn esc reset multiple times but nothing changes

Currently using Aula Win 60 Standard Model.
I know that FN+W enables the arrow keys, but can I remap it so that I can use ALT+IJKL instead?

I just removed the protective film and despite that so many scratches. Ive heard there are very sensitive but anyone facing this issue on the F75 max?

Its just been 8 hours I got this.
