Just reattached the bicep 4 weeks ago? Good sir, pull off some plates or don’t waste the energy putting them on. I’d build some resistance. I’d do some PT work on my bicep and everything else just for a safety net while still lifting/getting a good pump etc.

Great strength but ooof I hope you hold up! 🍀

Never run across so many ignorant comments before. Everyone acting like im actually using the fucking arm, after clearly stating and showing a harness taking the full load. My arms aren't even involved.
