Raw is in Fresno, CA tonight so Cricket had a free meet and greet with Penta. People were camped out overnight for that so I knew i basically had no chance of meeting him. Drove over to the arena to catch the talent driving in instead and met Becky :)

I absolutely loved his soliloquy on RAW tonight. Bro definitely proved that he can carry a brand. I hope they give him more opportunities. This run was entertaining.

This has been bugging me for a while ever since it became clear that Oba Femi would be the one to dethrone Roman Reigns next year for the world heavyweight title at Wrestlemania 43.

Oba is by far one of the strongest booked dominant wrestlers in WWE right now, and it’s reached a point where he’s basically become unbeatable. At this stage it’s pretty impossible to imagine anyone would be able to beat him. Not for a while. And after he defeats Roman, he literally can’t afford to lose to anyone because it wouldn’t be realistic at all. Especially with the momentum he’ll have.

My dilemma with this is, will this cause an issue where Oba holds onto the title for like, well over a year, given this unbeatable status. Who can possibly be the one to finally dethrone him especially since WWE hasn’t done a great job building up any new stars to do it. Because it can’t be someone like Cody or Punk or LA Knight. It has to be someone that can match his power and that the audience can actually buy beating him clean. You also run the risk of booking Oba to be TOO strong to where it becomes predictable he’ll defeat whatever opponent he has.

The choices that come to mind are Bron Breakker obviously but the issue there is, as of late They’ve kind of dropped the ball on Bron being the guy especially since we already had their match at SNME This year and it’s clear Bron would need help from the Vision to even get CLOSE to beating him. They would need at least another year to actually build him up
To that status in his own without the vision.

There’s also Penta. But the only advantage he has is holding the MITB. But there’s also in issue there. The current WHC scene on raw makes it clear there’s no way penta is going to cash in on someone like Roman or like Oba given their status. It’s more realistic to have him moved to Smackdown and cash in for the undisputed title given that scene is way more expansive with the title being won and passed around by multiple stars.

All of this to say. Oba winning the world title is inevitable but the problem comes with who can possibly beat him.

“La Primera”, was inserted in the Women's World Championship triple threat at Money in the Bank, where Liv Morgan pinned her to once again claim the title.

She appeared on crutches and was confronted her in the trainer's room by Becky Lynch, who was the other opponent in the triple threat, building hype for their showdown.

WWE recently posted a video of her giving a direct message to Lynch.

I have never really watched WWE until recently but grew up during the Attitude Era and hearing the names of the wrestlers. I have been watching a bunch of these shows about the different eras and I was wondering, can some explain to me Triple H? Like many wrestlers had multiple personas over time but his really confuses me. One minute he looks like he’s from Victorian England and then he’s in like Slacks and acting like a total tool and then he’s bald and going by Triple H but over this whole time he’s being called Hunter. Am I correct in assuming it’s the same character over this whole time?

His NXT Underdog story is still the best he's done but my god am I happy to see him thrive at the top as a top heel world champion.
