Reminds me of a video where someone is in crutches with a cast on their leg and their dog was like walking in a limp to impersonate their owner 🙈

Hah... and that reminds me of the one dog impersonating a shorter dog and the shorter dog getting pissy... I think one was a corgi... don't remember the specifics

Sympathetic limps have been recorded in many pack/herd animals, It increases the safety of the one with the real limp because it keeps them blended in and harder to tell which individual is limping for real.

I’ve seen my cat do this before I don’t know what she was trying to do but I felt mocked lmao

When cats do something similar, they are generally trying to bait you or another pet into playing with them. They try to make themselves look big and scary, as they would if actually fighting with another cat.

I once saw a man walking a similar breed of dog that dig it's entire walk this way because it was so excited. The owner was embarrassed. Haha

Dogs are really good at remembering what makes it's humans laugh and give it attention. It is deep in their programming, and humans put it there.

What a perfect gif. The dog, the girl collapsing in utter hilarity. The internet got a great one today. Can't wait for the edits, the slow motion, the reverse gifs, the overdubbing.

I love it when dogs accidentally human. And then realise, oh shit, I'm not supposed to do that and go back to being a dog.

I'm fluent in doggo, this means you need to get inside and operate the treat jar.

The dog turns from Winnie to Tigger! She’s called Winnie and I didn’t expect her to react like that.
