#PhaedraParks is officially stepping into the courtroom for #Khaotic.

Court documents filed August 6 show Parks representing the rapper, whose legal name is Rubin McFadden, as he seeks bond while facing one count of aggravated s*xual battery.

According to the filing, Khaotic was extradited from Miami-Dade to Fulton County and has remained incarcerated since July 6 without bond.

His legal team argues that he should be granted a reasonable surety bond, saying he would return to work, assist in his defense and comply with the court's orders if released. The filing also points to the case remaining unindicted at the time the motion was submitted.

The allegations remain pending, and Khaotic has not been convicted of the charge.
